My parents car broke down today in the middle of a busy street I was to far to get to them, so I called Inexpensive Towing and Mr. Anthony came to help them, he was finishing up with a client, and he came to them with in minutes, because he knew how concerned I was that they were stranded, he was super friendly and he assured me that he was going to take care of my parents and get them home safely. And he did he towed the car and also gave them a ride to the house. Am so glad that I made the choice of calling Inexpensive Towing and that Mr. Anthony came to the rescue ? “I needed a jump start on a company vehicle. At first Mario said he would be there in 40 minutes or less, but he was there and had the problem fixed in less than 20 minutes! I would definitely call him again.”
“I purchased a salvage vehicle a few years ago and over time found that the dealership did not fix everything properly. I had been debating on selling it or fixing it and decided to get some quotes on fixing the damage, not knowing the extent of the hidden damage. I ended up choosing Phantom Collision based on Abel's recommendations and pricing. After Abel started evaluation process, there were several issues that were hidden that needed to be repaired. I asked Abel how that would affect the original quoted price and he said it wouldn't and he would honor the original quote. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to massage the cars body to perfection. Abel was able to repair the bumper cover versus replace it and only required a few missing parts to be purchased. I would highly recommend Abel and Phantom Collision Repair if you want the job done right.”

“Do your research for dealership comparison on parts and servicing. You should find their pricing is notably competitive. Certified Auto has been in business Forty-three years. Be mindful their prices could include additional fees. I paid two separate fees in addition to labor. One was a Core Fee. I was told by Ken it pertained to part disposal. Gene (the owner) explained further about the Core Fee. He stated it was a credit, the part provider normally refunds the auto shop. If the auto shop returns the old part to them. Gene explained, returned old parts could be used to rebuild the same/similar parts. I was not offered a starter rebuild. But, because I requested the replaced part. I incurred a Core Fee ($36). There is also a Hazard Fee on oil change/servicing. Valerie was extremely welcoming and helpful with questions. She explained their Hazard Fee is for clean-up and cloths, etc. as applied to oil change/servicing. Aside from those additional fees charged. I had been referred by AAA. The discount (I was told by Gene) is a $50 maximum. So, if the total of your service is $500 or over. Then you automatically receive the $50 credit. I received the fifty dollar AAA maximum credit They provided free shuttle and car wash. They have a small well maintained waiting area. Certified Automotive offers a three year warranty with specified mileage criteria. I would have given them five stars. But, the additional fees were a new experience.”

“Brought my car here due to a collision I was in. Read the reviews and I can say I was not disappointed. Steve is very responsive. Took a little longer than expected because one of the car parts my car needed was not in stock or back ordered, but Steve was sure to update me and made sure he got the part that was missing. He is very knowledgeable and once I got my car back it was like brand new! Thank you Steve !”
“Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. Everyone at the location was genuinely friendly and helpful.A+ experience!!”
“This is an honest family business. 2 to 3 generations working smoothly & respectfully together. Even the youngest generation is very respectful toward family and clients. My vehicle is 16 years old now & sits out in the sun 24/7.The before picture shows the bad rust I had on top of the roof. But we decided to try a new place due to a friend's recommendation my daughter's car needed to be looked at upon taking to the other mechanic they informed me needed a new engine? “Haven't got anything fixed here just went for a quick check and the assessment of the guy is perfect. I doubted that the I had a bad ball joint as my steering started making sounds and drove to this place for a quick Check. The guy just looked at em real quick from the engine bay and observed for any sounds. Told me that it they are perfectly alright and the electric steerings sometimes makes such noises while driving long distances and he was right. The next morning that noise was gone forever.”
