The best staff member in this place is the manager, Hana, I think her name is. Today, I witnessed a scary looking customer be so arrogant while she was with another customer while she handled it with more grace than I would have handled. Right off the bat he was rude and just waltzed right into her office like he owns the place while she was with someone else and he got snarky for no reason. The manager handled my transactions in the past and she's been nothing but kind and patient while I feel like the other employees just can't be bothered to care! Truly she's the only reason I continue to bank here. My interactions with another employee, her name starts with an M but I can't remember the whole name, I think it's something like Maya or Monica or something, are abysmal, she and another woman that works there are short with me and snarky to their boss. I would have thought that the manager was just another teller with the way they act with her. After that awful customer came in earlier, I just had to make a post. Hopefully the manager gets more staff, and better ones too, and hopefully anyone that reads this asks for Hana when doing their transactions, even though I know she gets really busy. Her professionalism is excellent, she knows her stuff.

I hate walking into a place where I do business and the people that work there treat you worst than robots. These people have no expression on their face they were so plain and dull no customer service skills whatsoever especially the blonde lady that has her own office to the right as soon as you walk in she gave me the worst discriminating look i have ever got at any bank this place sucks

Left B of A because the customer service did not compare to US Bank. Like night and day. US bank actually wants to interact with customers and makes it easy and personal.

The La Verne US Bank is the Spirit Airlines of banks in La Verne. It was a really weird and awkward experience. The lady who was only doing her job (to say she was "helping us" would be too kind) was cold and non-verbal. For example, every bank teller I've encountered in life has asked how I want my money (big bills? Little bills?) She didn't. She just did what she wanted without consulting with us at all because our opinion/wants/needs didn't matter to her at all. This was after she didn't cover up her suspicion of the US Bank check we went to cash (fyi: there's a $7 fee to cash their checks there). I'm not sure if it was our skin color that made her feel like she didn't have to communicate with us like actual humans, or if it was just her bad personality.... Or maybe she was just having a bad morning. My partner and I just stood there and watched her attitude. She said "here you go", handed us the money, and that's it. Lol it was just so weird. The vibes inside were stale and her attitude was confusing. Maybe she thought we were children? I'm almost 40yo but i guess i look young. Yeah.... I think she thought we were kids or something so she thought her customer service didn't matter. No excuses though. Anyways, most unwelcoming bank experience ever.

Poor customer service! They only want your money, but if you ask a question or you need help with anything, no one wants to assist! They have rude tellers with bad attitude! They don't do their job! I went today and had a bad experience! They were so lazy to do their job! I regret dealing with this bank though it was only my second time! I don't recommend this bank! Stay away!

I went to this branch last week and it was suddenly closed. There was a note on the door saying "This Branch Temporarily Closed" with no explanation of why or for how long. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

The staff that works at this location are extremely rude and can't seem to handle the simplest issue. Wanted to remove a "owner" on my safety deposit box. I was informed that they had to call "someone" to find out if I am allowed to do this.. what? Ok we sit there waiting for 20 minutes no one comes to update us. Both members (yes it takes 2) begin helping other customers who were also having issues with their loan papers done incorrectly. So, we tell them we have to go it's taking too long with zero response. He says he will call and let us know the answer. Three hours later no call. Of course he says when he gets info he will set up an appointment. Ok why did they simply tell us they were not going to help us because we didn't have an appointment. I read about the important scheduling of an appointment. My gosh there was 4 staff members and two customers. Horrible customer service with lack of knowledge.

Pedro Barajas of US Bank has royally screwed up our car loan. He marked the wrong box and now we have a 6-month mess with the DMV. We can not resell our car. I cannot convey enough how frustrating this is and they want us to fix their mistake. Hours at the DMV. Do not do business with them. They marked the box when it should not of been marked.

What a bunch of thieves stay away. They feed on the poor and can't own up to what they are doing. Standing in the bank and all they kept saying is them and they as they talk about the bank I'm standing in. What a joke keep your 100 bucks I hope its worth it.
