Terrible experience with USPS and will never use them to deliver anything. They lost thousands in equipment at the literal next USPS service center and make no effort to resolve. Absolutely awful experience.

Wish I didn’t have to give them a star. We have never experienced such poor customer service at any USPS office. We were made to feel like we were wasting
their time. If you hate your job so badly, then quit. If you choose to keep your job, don’t take your anger out at the customers. It’s unprofessional.

Shoutout to Noreen for the terrible service! Had me step aside with my two kids to write down ONE address so she could scan in the 20 packages for the customer behind me. Then I had to wait for them to finish scanning in the 20 packages. That took way longer than writing 1 address! My kid said he had to pee while I was writing the 1 address and Noreen said they don’t have a bathroom.

Why do the Google hours show 10a to 4p and posted on the door says 9a to 11a on Saturdays. Please update your hours.

Staff has been very kind and helpful. I haven't done anything other than dropping off prepaid packages for our company so I can't review any of that.
However, had no issues with my packages getting lost and staff has always been helpful.
I do dock 1 star for avaliable. On the local website page it says the kiosk is 24/7 that is not true. Also, the web page says PO box access until 3pm on Sunday. I've come multiple times and the door is locked. Pretty annoying.
But no issues to report other than that at this time.

Dollar not go here for passport services. The manager is a jerk and only allows walk in when he feels like it. No policy.

Went for my fingerprints and the attendant had not even used the machine before. We were in the process of figuring it out when the large guy manager comes over reeking of alcohol and jambs my hand into the machine, then says I have no fingerprints on my hand and quickly tells me to go elsewhere. The scan had worked moments before but there was no talking to this guy and he hadn't used it either. Bad way to spend 25 minutes in an empty post office.

Favorite part about here is that it says 24/7 hour self service kiosk, yet was just over there and what do you know - doors are locked xD! So not only are all the collection boxes being made useless for people who have daytime jobs by removing the package drops because of 'theft', it's also apparently pretty difficult to update your kiosk hours. Unreal

An employee name Frank is super unprofessional and is driven by his own emotions. He mistreats the customers all the time, no matter who they are. Anyone and everyone has feelings but don’t dare to put it out on the customers who walk in with a smile on their faces.

I dont want to give One star because this was 0 stars but thats the rule.There was a person named Susie and she was too mean and did not respect anyone she was bothering me and she ignored me and talked to my little boy and she treated me like a kid and said to my little boy tell your mom to do this. Im never coming here again if susie is there
