I placed an order and they took my money and me, my bank and Amazon have tried to reach them several times. 0 response and it's been 2 weeks. And their phone number never words always says line is busy. Very disappointed. It was recommended for my cat to have these bowls but they clearly take your money and don't ship your products. Will be filing a negative bbb credit rating as well as try to get my money back. Though it's unlikely. Safe your money and do not buy from this company that clearly doesn't value cats or their owners. 0 customer satisfaction and 0 care for you as a customer. Bad business. Do not buy.

We own three ceramic D bowls. These bowls are well made and are the perfect height and size for our two older miniature schnauzers that can no longer eat out of bowls placed on the floor. Since they are ceramic, they can be placed in the microwave to warm up their food.

beautiful cat dishes!!! the delivery service was fast, they answer the emsil quickly and the client service is very good also. The packaging and the quality was perfect we are very happy! the cat dishes looks the same like in the pictures, great!!!

I pre-ordered a set of Kitty bowls for the raised feeder and one of them came broken. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent another one. The bowls are the same great quality that I've come to love. Highly recommend ViviPet!

I really like this company! Everything they sale is good quality. I have been buying a couple of time the cat tofu litter and is really is to use my only complain is that is very expensive so I had to stop buying. Hopefully in the future I will reconsider buying it again

My cats absolutely love these dishes. I bought these dishes because the ones I was using didn't seem ergonomically right for the cats. These bowls are not only stylish, but there is significantly less mess of dry food on the ground anymore! One of the dishes did come broken, but within days ViviPet sent 2 replacements free of charge so seamlessly.

A year ago I ordered the dining table in bamboo with black kitty bowls! It not only looks nice, is well made, and our cat seems to enjoy it also. A few months ago , I dropped one of the bowls and recently ordered another one. They only sell them in twos, but the rep sold me only one anyway, it arrived 3 days later packed well, and we are dining in style once again. I will definitely order other products from this company!!
