Today, I came in with my 2 kids to turn in some change in exchange for bills. The bank teller (female) who greeted me was very nice and helpful. She showed me how to insert the change into the change rolls and she showed me how to close the roll when it's full. As I was in the process of putting the change into the rolls I was again greeted by a gentlemen named Kiely (Kiley). He was so nice and patient with me. He went out of his way to help me count the change I had with a change counter, he then helped me add the change into the rolls. Not to mention he waited in line with me and when it was my turn he asked the teller to help me and she too was just as nice as everyone else. Oh, I forgot to mention, as I was walking to the line some of the change had fallen out of the rolls. Kiely (the gentleman) helped me pick them up and put them back into the rolls (still being patient). I started to apologize to him and he reassures me that everything was okay and not to worry about it. As I was leaving he held the door open for me and my 2 kiddos and also for people who were entering. Overall my first time experience here was AMAZING!!!! I'd definitely come back and recommend this bank to anyone. Thank you Wells Fargo members for helping me today 2/22/23. It truly meant a lot to me.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the app and they made sure I understood how the app worked and how I could use it anywhere I am visiting So I could pay bills or make purchases. Sometimes I send my Daughter money and the Zell function makes it so easy. I would recommend this Branch to anyone who wants to make sure they are dealing with competent, professional people.

Worst ever customer service from Kyle and Meghan. This place is a mess. I have had an account with Well Fargo for last 15 years but closing my account due to Kyle and Meghan. Not being able to follow up on the appointment, not knowing how to respect people's time. Telling people to come in and asking them to change the appointment just like that. Terrible

This is the worse Weels Fargo I have ever been to. Here it is Tuesday, and banks were closed on Monday due to the holiday. They have only 2 tellers to accommodate customers. That's not fair to the customers or the 2 employees getting all the complains and dirty looks. I wish I had taken a picture of what I saw. Behind the tellers are 2 other employers just standing around. Why can't they jump on for a few minutes to get rhe line down? Manager never came over to customers to see if he could assist them. Warning: Stay away from this horrible customer service. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to make a payment on my Visa card. This is not the first time this situation has happened. I will NEVER go to this branch again.

Went in to cash bonds, took about 2 and a half hours because none of the workers knew what they were doing. They were apparently "short on staff" and had others go ahead of me for no reason. Never had any bad experiences with WF in general, but this bank location just sucks. The only reason I'd go back is for the ATM outside.

I came in today (3/22)/22) to cash a 10k check made to me from another Wells Fargo customer! Should have been a simple transaction but even after (2) separate bank managers ok'd the transaction Mr Alejandro insisted that something was wrong with the check! After 2 separate bank managers ok'd my request to cash, withdraw only a small portion of the check and deposit the remaining balance into my checking account Mr Alejandro insisted on embarrassing me and calling the person whom made the check to verify it's validation! I mean all other points checked out!!! The bank managers ok'd it! Mr Alejandro is not used to seeing people like me a rugged blue collar working american cashing checks! I respect due diligence and policy requirements but don't lie to me and tell me the customer that He's protecting me but I hear him talking to the bank managers behind the glass! Respect me and tell me the truth I would appreciate the candor i stead of being mislead

I've been a long time Wells Fargo (WF) customer since 1993 and I still am... if I did the math right in my head... that's 29 years ago... just two years after graduating from high school. Amazing how time flies when we're having fun. I happened to be nearby this La Verne WF branch and needed to withdrawal some cash for Chinese Lunar New Year. Got to fill in those red envelopes with some dinero LOL! I got what I needed and also got some good food recommendations for Flying Rice Asian Kitchen (within the same shopping center) from the bank teller (I asked them for it) LOL. I normally prefer to use the ATM versus walking into the bank for my banking needs unless I need to speak to someone or need to get something done that I can't get done via ATM. Nowadays, I'm finding myself walking into the bank more often than not because I'm helping my Mom with money stuff LOL. However, this is not the Wells Fargo I go to regularly though since it's not on my way to my Mom. I have been visiting their Claremont branch quite a bit during the last year or so... I will have to do a review for them later. Wells Fargo is a good bank. Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes you might get a bank teller who isn't the most pleasant... don't let them ruin your day just because it's just not their nature to be friendly... they can't help it. Anyway, I feel humble whenever I walk into one because of their history since the 1800's and they are still going strong. Give them a try and open an account at any of their branches today! First time in this branch and Hands down if you come to this branch ask for banker "Aareona"!!! She is nicest most patient banker ever! I came in with a super complicated request and she was so willing to hear me out and help me out. Even manually looking up and printing out what I was looking for. She was nice, friendly, very very efficient and fast! I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. And to add to that, I came in right before they closed This is the best Wells Fargo Experience I have ever experienced in my years banking with Wells Fargo. Even The security guard was extremely nice and friendly

Was in a tight spot this morning needing to wire some money. I didn't realize that appointments were needed now and I was panicking calling all the WF in my area. No one was being helpful but when I finally called this location, Aareona was able to help me out. She was very kind and patient. The whole experience was very pleasant from the security guard, to the process, and the manager. I'll make this my go-to WF when I need to make any big changes.

I came in to Wells Fargo Bank because I did I have an appointment at 10 am. But I did call in earlier to say I can't make it at 10 am after all. So they said will call you back to see what time will fit you in. They never did. So good thing I went in after 11 am and talked to a rep. She said they are all booked up but they will fit me in right now. Since it's a fast process for a temporary card.

Our branch is unable to help us or guide us through the CARES ACT PPP SBA loan. There's no customer support or phone number. The first stimulus was allocated for their bigger account holders. I hope there's another class action. So crooked.

I went to deposit money and I'm a teenager and things have been tight recently with the holidays and buying gifts and when I deposited money the middle teller lady asked if I had Fargo app then proceeded to tell me that I could set alerts to be notified when my account balance was under $100 so "I know I need to deposit". This was incredibly rude. I know I don't have much money in my account and this remark ruined my whole day. She made it seem like it was a soda or something and I could just refill it at my leisure whenever I wanted. I have to work for my money and this teller was extremely rude in saying this out loud, it felt like she was mocking me and I'm sure other guests heard. How embarrassed this woman made me feel. Terrible tellers.
