Came on Friday 12-29 to find bank closed. There were three of us older folks and we DID NOT see a closure notice. I did see a sign with bank's regular hours.When I returned on Jan 3rd, I asked the teller about the closure, I asked I did not complain. Before she could answer, the woman dressed in black, with black hair and fake lashes sitting behind the teller at a desk interrupted, "Yes the bank was closed Friday there's a sign on the door" her tone was very rude. I started to say I did not see it and explained to the teller I did see the sign for the bank's regular hours. The woman in black quickly snapped back shrugging her shoulders, rolling her eyes and muttered something I couldnt hear. I was taken by surprised by her tone. She was rude and very UN PROFESSIONAL.I read other reviews about staff here and about this same woman on Nextdoor.I will be banking elsewhere.

Branch manager came in for approval. After I discussed my disappointment and the teller said I’m sorry for the inconvenience. The branch manager came over to approve. Fine but the gentleman took it personally that I wanted to pull out a large number of cash and then said I’m unable to do that because of our situation. Which really didn’t even exist. If you want to do business go to bank of A or another branch.

This bank manager is amazing he keeps the lines moving fast and very good customer service until you get up to the window where Lourdes is ! I don’t even know why he has her working there she is very rude and doesn’t even talk nor counts back the money.!!very unprofessional. She needs to stay home than to be working where she can’t even communicate with a client or clients !!!!! She surely doesn’t fit in with all the other workers

I came to be a Witness to sign a Will for a Very Good Friend of mine and if you have an Account with Wells Fargo Bank it's Free. I asked alot of questions about an account myself and the Lady answered every one of them...Staff is Very Polite, Friendly, Fast Service, Very Clean place.

This is the worse Weels Fargo I have ever been to. Here it is Tuesday, and banks were closed on Monday due to the holiday. They have only 2 tellers to accommodate customers. That's not fair to the customers or the 2 employees getting all the complains and dirty looks. I wish I had taken a picture of what I saw. Behind the tellers are 2 other employers just standing around. Why can't they jump on for a few minutes to get rhe line down? Manager never came over to customers to see if he could assist them. Warning: Stay away from this horrible customer service. I waited in line for 30 minutes just to make a payment on my Visa card. This is not the first time this situation has happened. I will NEVER go to this branch again.

They should let the bank manager go… waited two hours with folks telling us it will be just a “few minutes” knowing well they would not see us. Finally had to speak to the manager who turned out to be the lady telling us it will be a few minutes the entire time that finally said they could not see us. What a sad place to work… Even worse to be a customer there. Simple things like we someone wanting to add their kid to their account took an hour! Unreal

Excellent customer service . This branch is so helpful. I went today after Claremont branch send me there because they couldn't help me . Here in 5 minutes I got solutions to all my matter .

Went in to cash bonds, took about 2 and a half hours because none of the workers knew what they were doing. They were apparently "short on staff" and had others go ahead of me for no reason. Never had any bad experiences with WF in general, but this bank location just sucks. The only reason I'd go back is for the ATM outside.

Wells Fargo Bank, located on Foothill Blvd.,in La Verne, is staffed with knowledgeable, courteous and service minded personnel.The entire staff is efficient and it is a pleasure togo to this location for my banking needs.Thank you WELLS FARGO, LA VERNE, you’re the BEST.

I came in today (3/22)/22) to cash a 10k check made to me from another Wells Fargo customer! Should have been a simple transaction but even after (2) separate bank managers ok'd the transaction Mr Alejandro insisted that something was wrong with the check! After 2 separate bank managers ok'd my request to cash, withdraw only a small portion of the check and deposit the remaining balance into my checking account Mr Alejandro insisted on embarrassing me and calling the person whom made the check to verify it's validation! I mean all other points checked out!!! The bank managers ok'd it! Mr Alejandro is not used to seeing people like me a rugged blue collar working american cashing checks! I respect due diligence and policy requirements but don't lie to me and tell me the customer that He's protecting me but I hear him talking to the bank managers behind the glass! Respect me and tell me the truth I would appreciate the candor i stead of being mislead

I've been a long time Wells Fargo (WF) customer since 1993 and I still am... if I did the math right in my head... that's 29 years ago... just two years after graduating from high school. Amazing how time flies when we're having fun. I happened to be nearby this La Verne WF branch and needed to withdrawal some cash for Chinese Lunar New Year. Got to fill in those red envelopes with some dinero LOL! I got what I needed and also got some good food recommendations for Flying Rice Asian Kitchen (within the same shopping center) from the bank teller (I asked them for it) LOL. I normally prefer to use the ATM versus walking into the bank for my banking needs unless I need to speak to someone or need to get something done that I can't get done via ATM. Nowadays, I'm finding myself walking into the bank more often than not because I'm helping my Mom with money stuff LOL. However, this is not the Wells Fargo I go to regularly though since it's not on my way to my Mom. I have been visiting their Claremont branch quite a bit during the last year or so... I will have to do a review for them later. Wells Fargo is a good bank. Staff is professional, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes you might get a bank teller who isn't the most pleasant... don't let them ruin your day just because it's just not their nature to be friendly... they can't help it. Anyway, I feel humble whenever I walk into one because of their history since the 1800's and they are still going strong. Give them a try and open an account at any of their branches today! Went to cash a check at this location on Saturday 12-11. Was treated horribly. Felt like I was in Jim Crow in 2021. The teller asked me repeatedly about my title, questioned that I could even work for such a university, questioned mymy appearance and details of why I needed to cash the check, even going as far as to question if "why does an assistant Director need to cash a check, don't they have direct deposit if you are working there"? This is after I explained already why I needed to cash the check which was never a question she needed to ask. Then she gave me guff because a fee would be charged as if I couldn't pay it. Which she should not have charged me because it was a check from Wells Fargo. She made sure to let me know she will charge the fee again if I come back.. It made me feel defensive about being alive. To add insult I had to ask for an envelope to take my money which she threw at the window. She gave me an attitude for asking for small.bills.Towards the end she wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Will never Bank there or any Wells Fargo again.
