February 21 2024 How sad after purchasing a certain brand of cigarettes for $10 a pack out the door for the past year of 2023. Now it jumps to $14 a pack, no matter what you do you can't save any money. No matter what you say there's no excuse for this gouging Californians.

The Mexican employee with red hair who works the morning shift has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. She is not courteous or friendly. I don't understand how she is even employed with such a nasty attitude.

It's Saturday night April 30th the Hispanic woman working is so drunk you could smell the alcohol when you walk in the store she's not friendly and half the time she'll lock the bathroom so nobody can use it this place is terrible...(It's around 1:30 a.m. technically Sunday morning if you want to know)

Worst service!! Took 15 minutes for the lady to get my pump right. Accidentally told her 2 instead f what It was supposed to be . I mentioned the correction and she decided to ring uo 5' peoole before she attended me. She definitely needs to learn time management.Also the gas the worst grade . BMW SAID DON"T ARCO gas. No apologies from the manager

Soooooo gas is way to high here. Well, everywhere..But...The inventory and service is great.. Looking for a bright spot with great snacks??? Oh & yummy beer?? Stop by this location...Its super clean, diverse, and you have so much to choose from. It's very sweet that you are greeted by happy attitude employees as well. Long story short. Stop by here.

Go someplace else... no help, over run with kids and their scooters ... Nice store but has no customer service... Frustrating to try and buy anything an stand in line 10 deep till you decide to go across the street.

Hi, I would like to file a complaint that involves one of the clerks at ARCO #42668 27402 Antonio Parkway Ladera Ranch, CA 92694 I go in quite often around 11am and have noticed lately that one of the clerks, sorry I don't have her name but she wears glasses and works around 11am. Here's the issue either she can't count or is skimming money off the top. Let me explain...when paying she never gives the correct change and refuses to count it back to the customer. She acts as if she's in a big hurry and just hands you a wadded up bunch of change and yells, next! After having this happen to me multiple times I called her on it. She made me take the difference that she shorted me out of the loose, donated coin cup next to the register...I wanted her to take it from the register, she refused....yelling Next customer!...this irritated me so I stopped going in at that time of day or if there were two clerks I would wait until the other clerk was free. I mentioned it to the other clerk and she knows the girl is doing something. Because of the volume the store deals with if she is keeping the over charges from the day it could really add up when she counts out her drawer. Either this is what's happening or she's just stupid and should not be handling money. This happens every time...it's no coincidence. Even today my total was $18.10 and I gave her 45.10 and wanted the change put on a gas pump (9) when I pumped my gas it stopped at $26.90 she kept the dime. Not wanting to make a scene over a dime that she would have given me back from the donation cup I just muttered under my breath and left. It may seem trivial but clearly there is something going on. How many people actually count the change they get back? People may count the bills but the change goes right in their purse or pocket without even a glance. With her I count it every time and it's short every time. I'll be sending this up the chain because something has to be done. I filed a complaint with AmPm.

Gas pumps are broken. When you start to pump, the handle pops and doesn't dispense gas. Unable to use the lock to have gas pump without holding it. To get the gas up pump you had to hold handle slightly, if you squeezed the handle too much, then it pop stream again. Took 15 minutes to pump $20. Hopefully it gets repaired quickly

i came in around midnight and the old guy that works nights i've seen before was working, i needed $40 cashback and bought a coffee and an arizona. i was pretty tired so i didn't say much but i did say hello and when he saw the total back i guess he was mad or something because he started muttering and then was mad at me for needing cashback? was pretty confused. as my boyfriend and i left he started muttering more stuff under his breath and honestly the experience was pretty funny but i feel bad for anyone else who encounters this guy at night. he sure is something else. LOL.
