“Elham and Jennifer helped me right away. I was panicking that a check wouldn't clear( I went into a different bank yesterday and they were not as helpful). Elham and Jennifer were extremely patient with me and explained everything thoroughly. They could have just told me to wait until tomorrow for the funds to show, but they took my needs into consideration and got the job done swiftly and with kindness. I love this bank and will always return to it as long as I'm in close enough distance . Beautiful angels ; dream team!”

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about this location. They are always so helpful and nice. They always welcome me by my first name as soon as I walk in the door. During the holiday season, I had some issues with another bank who took a double payment of my account and wasn't willing to help me out in returning the extra money they took from me. All the employees at the BOA in Ladera Ranch rallied up to help me and after 1 1/2 hours of hard work, they were able to solve my problem. I was in tears from the stress of the situation and they were so nice and diligent. They didn't stop for a minute until the issue was resolved. Any time I need assistance from them, they are happy to help. They do such an amazing job and I want to thank them all from the bottom of my heart for always being there to help. Especially to Roya Mokri, for putting me at ease and doing the impossible to save my holidays.”
