Lucas helped out today with not only a phone upgrade, but also was able to lower our monthly bill! He was very nice and personable and could not have been more happy with the service.

Ashley knows how to get you the best deal based on your current phone and the one you want !!
I was able to get a new phone for my husband A16 (old was S7) and a new phone for zero balance owed for trading in my 4 year old phone (S20) for a new one, S25 Edge.
We are both so happy with all the troubleshooting questions answered and the quality of our new phones.
Their crew does not work on commission, they are there for their ATT clients !!

Ashley goes above and beyond for her customers. She helped my daughter and I port over our phones from another carrier. I can’t say enough about my positive experience at this AT&T store and of course, Ashley. She is a star! Shout out to Mario and Carlos as well!

This branch is not good as there is no manager there. Long time ago they have wonderfull helping manager but he is not there now. Some kids r running this store and they r rude...I have very bad experience with the person there named Mario in starting his behaviour was very nice and helping I trust on him and get to one permotion for $55 per month and make first payment. He told me if u have any problem just come to me,later when my bill was so high I go there he reluctantly helped me but later I visited that store just to ask him that what's the problem with this line again higest bill came he straight out refuse to help me, according to him it's out of his hand and he gave me the address of lakeforest office address and phone no...he gave me his mobile no before that I can text him for any problem but that no was of this store who never pick the call...
I call lakeforest office and they told me he dont know how to do or may be he can fix so they sent me to another store and that store fix this problem in couple of min...this guy drive me nut as I was trusting on him..last day he was super rude this is not a good customer dealing un proffecional and non athical...coz of him I was going to cancel my line from at&t but I got some very nice people and they fix in minutes...this is my complain of this branch how they are running it's very bad experience.

In mid-April, I visited a retail store where your in-store sales team offered me a promotion to switch from my previous provider to AT&T. I was clearly promised a lower monthly bill than what I was currently paying. Based on that assurance, I transferred my lines to AT&T. However, my first bill was nearly three times higher than what was initially quoted. When I contacted the store team, they said they couldn’t help and redirected me without offering a solution. It seems whatever the sales team proposed wasn’t approved by AT&T, which has left me stuck without resolution.
I visited the store multiple times and was promised assistance, but no one has helped. I also tried several times to meet with the store manager, left my contact details, but unfortunately never received any response or callback.
This situation has been confusing and disappointing, leaving me with charges that don’t match what was promised

Ashley is an exceptional employee! I had a difficult and complicated problem with replacing my phone. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and she is a natural communicator. Very grateful for her help and I’d recommend going to see her next time you need a phone.
