BevMo has the worst and most frustrating website. I love the service that they offer but do everything in their power to make ordering from them impossible.I have ordered from them, had deliveries but when I go back to reorder, ti is if they have never neard from me and do not want my business. They make it so difficult to order online.

Have to give them 1 star because of the terrible customer service. Staff are often rude. If you ask someone where to find a particular bottle they will often point in some direction rather than take you there. To top it all off, yesterday I tried to return an unopened bottle and was told by the manager Chris Gregor that they would not accept it due to it being more than 7 days since bought. This left a bad taste in my mouth - they were not flexible at all and other locations are a lot more lenient. Chris made it seem like he was enjoying not giving us our return and being a hard a**. Why should having the receipt make it harder to return something? That's not a winning strategy for retail in 2022. I'll be taking my business to Total Wine (or other friendlier locations) in the future, where I have never had an issue with my returns.

The petite man who runs this store is smug and rude. I waited at the cash register as he was on the phone and completely ignoring me. When he finally did decide to help me, he was very curt and unprofessional. Avoid this location if you can.

Picked up a bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream. Manager was helpful, cashier was nice as well.

No surprise it's a three star rating. They did not offer us a return on a product recently bought. Very unfriendly and strict. Rather buy from another store and don't give these guys a chance. I spend about 3-4K a year there. Done, no more

Eh... I used to have this love/hate thing with BevMo! since I loved their options in Liquor and Craft Brew, enjoyed the variety of snacks - particularly items usually only found overseas -- and their incredible soda selection. On the other side of the coin, I hated their way-too-high prices, how they stayed mask nazi's even after the mandate was lifted and chased customers out, and the fact that the loyalty program is perfectly useless. Then they changed their business model. I am going to throw a bit of shade here and suggest that BevMo! stick to their core business strategy and not try to be an upscale 7-11 that also sells alcohol as a side hustle. First off, it is confusing. Why is Blue Bonnet Ice Cream next to Hennesy 7-year and who eats Twizzlers with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale? Secondly, now all the space you had to offer a colossal selection of what you are known to carry is now housing obscenely overpriced groceries nobody asked for. And lastly, fire your hiring manager; Your employees do not care one iota about your business and just want to watch YouTube. To Yelp I have 4 words: Total Wine & More.

Great bevmo...some of the othere are not staffed well and they are grumpy...but this staff is so helpful and friendly. Obviously they have no shortage of alcohol and the reason I go here instead of costco is that they have 1800 Coconut Tequila. Please like this review and follow me if you find helpful.

BLAH. The food was cold and should never have been served. They cannot get orders right and they are not busy to blame it on the cooks. Check the food before bring it out to the customers......

I am no longer a long time customer at BevMo. My 5 gallon keg of beer went up 30.00 overnight. Found my Space Dust at Total Wine 25.00 cheaper, and Ladera location wouldn't match price for in stock item( both places) I got my keg and a whole lot mo at Total Wine and more Laguna Hills and have referred a handful of my friends to do the same. Much better service as well.

Sadly this bev mo used to be my "go-to" liquor store since it's close to my house but over the past few months, this location has really gone down hill. Micheal and Walter kept the store fully stocked and always had rare hard to find beers and bourbon on the shelves. I don't know who the new managers are but they clearly don't care about the store. The employees that work there now are rude, clueless, and seem miserable.

A fat, curly dirty blond haired, white girl named Julie that works here is rude AF to every customer I've seen her interact with. She always seems like she hates her life and hates people. Stay away from her if you ever see her in the store. Do not ask her for help, go and find another employee to assist you. She's a real winner with her customer service and people skills. LOL!
