I let techs know my arthritis means please don’t twist my fingers or dig their nails into my skin. 1 tech here took offense & performed a small torture on me by slicing my left index finger cuticle on purpose so I have a bloody hang nail like a tiny stab into my finger & hand EVERY TIIME I use it daily. The pain travels the left side of my body as it triggers chronic pain from an autoimmune disorder. I gave her benefit of doubt at the time & thought she was correcting a hang nail NOT creating one. This torture was confirmed when another tech here a month later examined my finger like examining another tech’s signature & told me she’d take care of me & let me know when she was available. Publicly if I return here I’ll have a talk with this tech letting her know what she did & also the owner. I gave her a 20% tip before the pain began & I registered what happened. This was deliberate & unprofessional.

I left a nail salon of 20+ years during Covid and was recommended to check out Happy Nails. I've been coming here now for 3 years and I am very pleased with the change. Tanya does my nails and is excellent! She is always on time and does a great job with my nails and toes. The salon owner is always so welcoming and makes sure you're taken care of. If you're looking for great service, I would recommend coming here.

Already frustrated that a basic gel manicure took an hour and a half, imagine my surprise when I was handed a bill that was $22 more than the sheet I chose my services from. As the woman tried to explain the nickel and dime charges to me, having already ran my card for it, all I could do was look at her and tell her what a crook she is. She tried to deny that I watched her do the same to 3 patrons before me, while back tracking and offering me a credit for the charges, towards another visit. They charge $5 to "shape" your nails, during the manicure..what!?! $7 for gel removal, because they knew (without asking me) that I hadn't had my last manicure there. $7 for a callus treatment... that was supposed to be included in my pedicure?They're literally crooks.Service: Gel manicures

I have been coming to this Happy Nails location since it opened in 2007. I cannot say enough about this establishment. I come every two weeks and it's money well spent. Joann, the owner, is awesome!! She even texts me to remind me of my appointment. Diane, Tracy, Tanya, and Tony, are just a few of the wonderful people that work here. I recommend all of them! Please try them! You will not be disappointed!

I had the most awful experience, I just left now and the entire time they were beyond rude and managed to charge me $63 for a $30 manicure. They snapped at me and didn't even smile, I went there for my birthday to feel good and they were just so mean and negligent. My massage was also very rushed and unprofessional. HORRIBLE experience.

Terrible customer service. Got my eyebrows waxed the lady who did it sick- Ching did a terrible job. When I told her I wasn’t happy and I want someone else she started to argue with me. She was very rough on my face and was slapping the wax all over me with wax falling on my cheeks as well as my nose. When I told her to try a different way, she said well every technician does it a certain way. I told her to try another way then she said well then you need to request other technician but you have to pay half. I agreed to it and said I will come back later to have the one who usually does it to do it. I went to the manager to talk to them about it, and the technician started blowing up in Vietnamese and then told me I had to pay half. I had already agreed to pay half and told him i don’t know what the problem is I am paying half and will come back again! The technician called another technician to look at my face from afar and started talking about me in vietnamese while I was talking to the manager. They are terrible! I used to love this place but not anymore. Terrible customer service!Service: Waxing

This place is so filthy! Everything used on my nails was already used on others. Shared dip powder, shared buff, tools in a dirty container with nail powder on them, dirty brushes, dirty drill bits, and dirty led machine. I'll never go back. The Health Department should shut them down.Service: Dip powder
