Workers here are super nice and they will help you with stuff to your car if you need it. Love this place have found so many good finds here and it’s perfect if your decorating for your house.

This Ladera Ranch home goods store is smaller but well organized and kept better then other home goods stores I have been in. Well at least two other stores. I also believe this store also has better quality items. If you check out the photos you can see their shelves are denser with a better variety of numerous items. Like all of the Home Goods stores they have overstock and close out items of good quality at a very good low price. This store is especially good at cookware and food items and sauces. And they have an especially good stationary section here. Their bedding selections are also awesome. Check out the photos. They tell a lot about what they have.

Last weekend I bought the outdoor table at this location and had an outstanding shopping experience. The staff is very helpful and I was very impressed with the supervisor!

Love this location strictly for home items...there are no clothes at this location...so leaves a giant store to find all the things you need and of course things you didn't know you needed!

I love the store but their prices have gone up considerably! CONSIDERABLY. But that's most likely a sign of the times. My big issue, the staff. Don't try calling because heaven forbid Kelly answer, she'll act as if she's annoyed she even had to pick up the phone. We're customers, don't work there if you don't want to deal with us.

The previous manager was a kind, compassionate woman of God. The new one is overcome with evil. She didn't want to give my little girl her money back to return something she had bought for me for Xmas. It was a broken, unusable item. My daughter was making her case and I chimed in asking to kindly override the return policy, because she lost the receipt, and the manager threw the item on the counter in anger. I've never witnessed something so horrifying in my life. All to save her little Homegoods store $4. It obviously had nothing to do with $4. She doesn't make any more or less over $4. She was a grown adult woman who obviously had a vendetta against the world committing this act in front of a 9 year old impressionable little girl. I don't know what happened to that woman, but all I can do is pray for her poor rotten soul. I spend thousands at this store. I won't be coming back until she's OUT.

Worse costumer service.I bought a bottle after I went home I realized that the lid was different. I took it back to exchange it but they didn't have any. They refused to refund the$30.

I wish I could do zero star for this store . The store manager Victoria was so rude and unprofessional she was not dressed properly and she didn't have a name tag . She was not acting like a manager very unprofessional.never going back to that store because of her .
