“World Market is such a treasure trove for anyone who loves cozy and festive vibes! Every time I visit, it feels like the store is celebrating something. Right now they’re already getting ready for Christmas. There are tons of Advent calendars, delicious treats from all over the world, like cookies, big holiday cakes, popcorn kits, and tea collections.
They also have a great selection of rugs and unique, cozy furniture. I especially love their comfy chairs and poufs.
The kitchen section is amazing too, full of themed and functional items: everything from plates and trays to cooking gadgets and even waffle makers.”
“I had a pretty special experience at Gelson's in Dana Point this past Friday. After I had returned a box of pasta back to the original location instead of leaving it on the end-aisle display where I had decided on another brand, the on duty/store manager came up to me and thanked me. I try to do a lot of "good" in life...certainly much more important in scale than this, but having him notice and then taking the time to compliment me was very special. Thank you for taking the time to recognize a small courtesy.”

“Today was my first visit to Lucky 1 Liguor and I was pleasantly surprised. Super easy accessibility, location, and parking. Superb selection and abundance of inventory with so many interesting and fun choices. Prices seem in line with prices elsewhere. Snack foods, ice cream and gelatos, candy, merchandise, lottery and scratch tickets are all available. Great store, friendly staff, and I will definintely be back!”

“I like to think Chris in the meat department, along with the staff in the meat department for the excellent work they do. So extremely helpful, Chris took the time to cut the piece of meat that I wanted and it was perfect. I would suggest Stater brother's meat market over any of the top tier markets because the quality of meat they have is just beyond amazing. Every cut of steak we purchased tasted great, and the staff is so helpful. Everybody behind the glass will take the time to explain every cut to you and how to make it perfect. I am so thankful I found this place and I always tell my friends and family to go there to buy steak”

“On a whim as we were driving out of town I stopped at this deli that had a liquor sign on the building. I wasn’t expecting much, but you never know. When I walked in I was immediately blown away. There was more allocated items just sitting behind the cash register than every place I had been to combined. The owner happened to be there and we talked for about an hour. I ended up purchasing some very allocated bourbons I never expected to find let alone have access to in a deli. If you are looking for something other than normal shelf items in bourbons or craft brews, this is the place to check out!!”
“My wife and I love coming here for a Thursday Izakaya (think Japanese Tapas) night or for an afternoon drink(s) on the weekend. They also host omakase night twice a week which is reservation only.
If you’ve never had sake before or have only had it at cheap happy hours, there is no better place to try it out. Yuka will walk you through things and make a sake lover out of you. If you have a friend who isn’t interested, bring them anyway and have them get a beer or shochu highball!”

Rob, owner of Bob’s, is the real deal. He chatted it up with my friend that’s been in the wine business his whole life, Rob’s knowledge and dedication to his craft is incredible. He doesn’t just sell wine and spirits, he seeks out and buys direct from wineries and distillers that are creating the best products without adding sugars or mega-purple… don’t know about that, it’s insane, ask Rob, he will let you in on the industries dirty secret. Thank you for caring, Rob!!!”
“Had to get transfer of title done during this pandemic lock down. The DMV and AAA were closed. Not the friendliest of people but that may have to do with heightened awareness of the current environment. Anyhow, he was helpful and did the transfer of title. It was efficient but wasn't clear on all the fees. Anyhow can't be too picky during this time.”

The woman who helped me was so patient and took the time to find what I needed and went out of her way to make sure it got delivered to my friend. “My fam stopped by yesterday for some drink and they mentioned they had a walk in freezer for alcoholic drinks. I just had to check it out for myself and it’s soo cool, haven’t seen one like this before. It gets really cold in there but definitely helps you purchase well temperature drinks for your enjoyment. “While visiting Irvine for a work function, I visited Dimension to buy two bottles of Bingham's Bourbon as Christmas gifts. (Side note, but this is not available on the East Coast and apparently not even all that available outside of Texas!). Super impressed that they had this bourbon and they also looked to have a REALLY large selection of other high-end and maybe even hard-to-get offerings. The guys there were friendly and helpful. When I'm back on the West Coast, I'll be making another stop, for sure.”

“This is the best liquor store there ever was. Seriously come to San Clemente just to visit this place. Need your favorite coffee, Gatorade, or a particular battery? Look no further this place literally has the largest selection of items I’ve ever seen and they are meticulously organized. The organizer in me loved to walk through the aisles to admire the selection and organization. We originally came in for one thing but after looking through the aisles we found our favorite coffee, sunscreen, and random items we would have had to make an extra stop for. So convenient!
Mousa and Dima are very welcoming, friendly, and genuine. We enjoy chatting with them anytime we stop by.”

“Great bevmo...some of the othere are not staffed well and they are grumpy...but this staff is so helpful and friendly. Obviously they have no shortage of alcohol and the reason I go here instead of costco is that they have 1800 Coconut Tequila. Please like this review and follow me if you find helpful.”
