I left a nail salon of 20+ years during Covid and was recommended to check out Happy Nails. I've been coming here now for 3 years and I am very pleased with the change. Tanya does my nails and is excellent! She is always on time and does a great job with my nails and toes. The salon owner is always so welcoming and makes sure you're taken care of. If you're looking for great service, I would recommend coming here.

Already frustrated that a basic gel manicure took an hour and a half, imagine my surprise when I was handed a bill that was $22 more than the sheet I chose my services from. As the woman tried to explain the nickel and dime charges to me, having already ran my card for it, all I could do was look at her and tell her what a crook she is. She tried to deny that I watched her do the same to 3 patrons before me, while back tracking and offering me a credit for the charges, towards another visit. They charge $5 to "shape" your nails, during the manicure..what!?! $7 for gel removal, because they knew (without asking me) that I hadn't had my last manicure there. $7 for a callus treatment... that was supposed to be included in my pedicure? They're literally crooks.

Great little center hidden away over here. They have lots of nice food and services that definitely should be checked out. Pet options, Workout options, Beauty options, Food options. Nice little center.

I have been coming to this Happy Nails location since it opened in 2007. I cannot say enough about this establishment. I come every two weeks and it's money well spent. Joann, the owner, is awesome!! She even texts me to remind me of my appointment. Diane, Tracy, Tanya, and Tony, are just a few of the wonderful people that work here. I recommend all of them! Please try them! You will not be disappointed!

I had the most awful experience, I just left now and the entire time they were beyond rude and managed to charge me $63 for a $30 manicure. They snapped at me and didn't even smile, I went there for my birthday to feel good and they were just so mean and negligent. My massage was also very rushed and unprofessional. HORRIBLE experience.

Terrible customer service. Got my eyebrows waxed the lady who did it sick- Ching did a terrible job. When I told her I wasn't happy and I want someone else she started to argue with me. She was very rough on my face and was slapping the wax all over me with wax falling on my cheeks as well as my nose. When I told her to try a different way, she said well every technician does it a certain way. I told her to try another way then she said well then you need to request other technician but you have to pay half. I agreed to it and said I will come back later to have the one who usually does it to do it. I went to the manager to talk to them about it, and the technician started blowing up in Vietnamese and then told me I had to pay half. I had already agreed to pay half and told him i don't know what the problem is I am paying half and will come back again! The technician called another technician to look at my face from afar and started talking about me in vietnamese while I was talking to the manager. They are terrible! I used to love this place but not anymore. Terrible customer service!

I went in for the first time last week. I couldn't find it, so I called them to ask what they were by, and the woman hung up on me. Odd. I had a gentleman doing on my manicure, and I had a design in mind, so I brought a photo of the design to make it easier for him to reference. He didn't ask any questions and just started doing whatever he wanted, changing my nail shape entirely (not even to the shape in the photo - just a random shape) and cutting my nails so short, they're barely above the skin on my fingers. The entire manicure took 30 minutes. That was one week ago, and my gels are already peeling off. I won't be returning to Happy Nails.

The service was horrible no matter how many times I explain to the nail lady how I want in my nails she did not follow through I even grabbed the file and filed my thumb nail demonstrating the way I wanted the shape and yet she still did not come through with the correct shapes. She has wild didn't make any of them even. And she did not clean underneath the nails. I do not recommend this place at all

Came for Xclusive, the parking lot seems like it might get full if these places are busy, and the area isn’t necessarily exciting but it’s very nice and new.
