Spotless office, efficient staff, appointment times that fit my schedule. I have seen numerous dermatologists in South Orange County. None of them ever helped me with my condition. Dr. Jack is amazing. He diagnosed my condition and treated me on the first visit. He is the only dermatologist that I will allow to treat me from now on.

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE - They charged both my wife and I over $100 for an annual skin check which is supposed to be free / included with our insurance. Every other dermatologist office we have ever been to has not charged for this because it is included in our insurance. THEY HIDE THIS CHARGE in the small print. Disgusting practice. Just lost my wife and I as patients.

Dr. Lener and Dr. Jack are both excellent. My husband, kids, and myself have seen them both for yearly check ups, Lener is great for hair removal (but you have to book her 6-8 months in advance)!! My kids have seen Dr. Jack for warts and acne. He is gentle and very thorough. My only gripe is that both docs make you wait. If you have an appt at 3 don't expect to be seen until 3:45. I've never been seen on time there so plan accordingly.

I can't say enough good things about this practice! I was on vacation and got hives. They got me in the same day. Dr. Jack was so kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! Thanks.

Do not recommend. I came in for a small cyst under my chin. The cyst becomes inflammed and super painful. The derm back in NC had the green light to remove it in their office but unfortunately my husband had military orders out to California. I came to this office first thing when we moved to CA for a few visits. The first one was for a mole check and the other for the cyst. The Dermatologist said she didn't feel confident to help me remove it to then send me to the ENT doctor which has 3 stars to help me. Guess what?! He didn't help besides tell me he was going to put me under generalized anesthesia for a small size cyst, no thanks! I immediately requested a new Dermatologist. I was referred out to West Dermatology in San Clemente. One visit in and the doctor was like I can help you out.. He will be removing my cyst in his office. Stay away from this office! You need someone confident in their practice! Get a 2nd opinion!!

I had a very good experience with this office! I needed a mole removed. I called and was able to be seen within a few days. During my consult, the doctor said he could remove the mole right then, which I was all about (saved having to make another visit). I was in out in about 30 minutes, and now I don't have this annoying mole anymore.

Disappointed with billing practices and customer service. I wasn't told a service (albeit, a minor service) wasn't covered by my insurance prior to rendering service. The office gave a small discount but the service was still more than others charge for the same service. Additionally, the 3rd party provider I was referred to never followed up. Dr. seemed knowledgeable but the overall experience was poor.

I have been here 3x over the last few years. Last week I went for IPL for the first time there, but second time receiving this treatment for dark spots. So I fully understand the outcome expectations for the treatment within 24-48 hours. The very expensive treatment resulted in NO skin results. As if nothing was done at all. I fully expect a refund, have called to request one (since between their before photo to compare with mine after 2 days will be the same) and have heard nothing. Not professional and would never recommend.

Well this is a little disturbing. I am a current patient (well not anymore) and have had 1 bout of skin cancer which was successfully removed. I have 2 other spots that we discussed as "keep a close eye on". I was told to make a follow-up appointment if I noticed changes and tell the front desk that I am a current patient with cancer history, and that I would not have to wait the 5 months for an appointment. I called today and was told there are no appointments until the end of September (4 months wait). I explained my situation and was pretty much told I'm outta luck. I said I guess I'll have to find somebody else and was told "Okay, that's fine". I'm following their direction on follow up treatments but if their rules changed, so be it. I get being busy and overwhelmed however I'm not waiting for a car wash or a contractor to paint my house...This is my health and being a former 2-time cancer patient (1 skin, 1 other) should put me in the front of the line and not given a poor attitude when I questioned the wait.

Dr. Mundi is not only friendly and courteous, but also knowledgeable and thorough. She has twice found squamous cell problems inside my ear and referred me to an excellent surgeon for moh's surgery. She is the best.
