“High quality toys that stimulate curiosity and imagination. Our daughter has loved everything we’ve bought from them. We plan to be back in the future four her and to purchase gifts for family/friends.”

“Remember when Lego was just a block of rectangular bricks. That was back in 1960s. Wow have they changed and morphed into a diverse universe. Grand kids love the place. The new complex collectable series are out of this world. Just wish the store was bigger and had more displays of the larger sets. The good thing about the mission Viejo store is it is not crowded and the staff are very helpful. The other good thing is it is in the mall and if the wife and daughters want to browse somewhere else it is just fine with the grandsons and me. We love hanging out here looking at the Lego sets.”

“This was my first time coming into Lala’s toy store and it definitely won’t be the last. The store was well kept, the woman working at the time, Kim, was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to give curated recommendations for my son which made shopping easy and stress free. They have a wide variety of quality toys for various ages. I especially enjoyed the included gift wrapping which gave me a sense of nostalgia. Overall great experience, would recommend.”

“this place was great, at first I was like "woah this is a small place" but then I realized that you really just gotta look around, the size didn't matter anymore, I got so many things and the owner of the place was really nice, if your a collector yourself and like figures, you should come here, because what you won't know is that this place has hidden gems and you won't regret buying, now if you excuse me, imma go for another trip to this place to get me more things :))”

“My family and I thoroughly enjoyed this Barnes and nobles! It's a two story building with easily accessible sections, the employees were very kind, the prices are a bit prices but not more than more new-book book stores. They are wheel chair and stroller accessible with a large kids section that slightly closed in which makes it easier to keep the little ones contained. Overall, it was a very, very good experience.”

“Decided to do a small gender reveal so picked 2 separate bears with 2 separate outfits (1 for boy and 1 for girl) and asked staff to package the right one for us. Ashley and the team went above and beyond to do it as discreet as possible, making sure to not accidentally show us which bear was picked. They modified the box to close all the gaps and even included a note congratulating us. We were amazed by the attention to detail and wholeheartedly thank employees of this location for helping us to make this moment memorable ”

“Great little store with very accommodating staff! The plushes are on the pricy side, much cheaper to buy it online or in stores like Target. But the variety is great and the overall vibe is a 10/10”

“Great shop to pick up anime figures and anime merch. The online store has more but it is nice to come and see some of it on display. The shop itself is in a business district and is not super big but gives a good idea of what they carry. I would definitely check out the online shop as it has more inventory.”

“Right in the heart of the Irvine Spectrum Mall is the Game Chest. A small store full of board games and collectibles. There is even a gaming room where people can gather to play board games and enjoy themselves. When we were there we saw several groups playing at the tables have a great time. If you look at the pictures, you will see a great variety of board games including the major games like Monopoly and Risk collections. And they have much more to offer.”

“I usually always have bad luck with this location trying to upsell me when purchasing my gear. But this time HENRY was super chill and helped me find exactly what I need. Just a good, reliable standard size controller for switch. Super knowledgeable individual and super awesome attitude. Thanks again man!”

“I’ve shopped here at least 5 times and always a good experience. I know they say “customer is always right” but these days I’m guessing the problem is some of the self-entitled customers, not the business.”
