Wade is the most incredible employee there - full of customer care and service - goes out of his way to be kind and thoughtful - certainly made my sad day to a beautiful light - thank you - your gesture was phenomenal!!

Hey just be aware that Trader Joe's selling fake me just bought a two filet mignon pack one was okay no problem the other one look like meat but the internals were like eating a sponge like texture that is not normal once you taste it. The funny thing it looked like meat but felt like I was eating a liver that same texture exactly is what it felt like but this was supposedly meat, so just be aware if you get the taste thing you're not crazy! Shame on you Trader Joe's or your distributor! I will also take a snapshot of this because Trader Joe's has a habit of removing negative reviews on Yelp like they did during covid! I am put it on a different social media if this happens. On this was their Prime Choice selection too not the lowered tear Farm cheap brand. You should never be able to smash me into putting like substance pushing it with your finger see photos!

I always feel like when I go into a Trader Joe's that the store is super small and won't have everything. Yet by the time I get to the checkout the cart is always full, usually including numerous exotic things. I don't really need. This location is always super busy and the location barely seems to fit where it is. Parking is always tight and the store is almost always super crowded. Although I feel like it could be twice as big and still be just as crowded. There are the family favorites that keep us coming back, though, especially the frozen food section and all of the different delicacies they have. The frozen gnocchi is always a hit as well as the latkes. Air frying for the win on those. Overall five stars and would join the hordes of shoppers again.

This Trader Joe's location is so nice!! We were running errands in this plaza and decided to stop by the store to check it out. It was really clean and spacious inside, and it wasn't crowded when we got there. They were stocked with a lot of products, and we even found some items that we normally wouldn't find at our local Trader Joe's! We got the mystery pack bags, and this was the first time I've seen it in stock, so I was super excited to get it. They also had the peppermint white russian cut waters, so we had to grab a box because I've been wanting to try this flavor but have never seen it in stores. And we also got a few other grocery items. We were really impressed with this location and will definitely be stopping by whenever we're in the area.

This is the new Trader Joe's by my house. It's a lot like other Trader Joe's the people are friendly and very nice. There's a lot of delicious food and good atmosphere. I like the Hawaiian shirts.

Love your store! Also love many of the products that only you sell. Wish there weren't so many seasonal items. I'm not happy about your new hours. I was a 8am shopper. Very much enjoyed close parking and shopping in a stress free environment. Went today at new hours. Parking more crowded as well as rude shoppers stopping in front of me. So much noisier!

Since moving to Ladera, I often look forward to grocery shopping here because I know I'll always walk out with more than intended. From the seasonal snacks to the prepared foods in the frozen section, it gets me excited to try something new that will eventually be a staple in our home. Every trip is an adventure.
For example, we really enjoy the Korean short ribs, Vegetable pad thai and various forms of croissants. The chocolate and almond are my faves! Recent likes have been the white cheddar queso, Japanese custard taiyaki, banana pudding ice cream and the assortment of ground or whole coffee beans.
This place is always buzzing since it opened, but service is always super helpful and kind. I had trouble finding tofu and I feel like most grocers typically have it near the eggs or in some refrigerated section. Without guidance, I had easily missed it since they were positioned near the protein section on a top shelf.
Overall, I enjoy grabbing a few things that make preparing meals a quick fix. it cuts down on meal prep and it's nice to keep a stock of frozen goods in the freezer that are cost effective. I'll be back in no time.

The store is way out of my way ! ( but worth it)The contact with employees was very good and genuine.
Not the usual forced “nice traders interaction “
Shout out to Andy whose customer service skills are a 5 . He was greeting everyone that was in his vicinity. I was two rows away and could hear him talking to customers (yes he was still stocking at the same time) probably could train other associates at some of the subpar stores. Just an observation!

It was good, the staff were incredibly nice and talkative. Very willing to help give advice and recommendations. I enjoyed my experience, the only drawback was that it was a little hard to find stuff, ended up walking every isle looking for frozen berries. No big deal tho, it's a small store. 😄

This review is more for Trader Joe’s corporate. The company packs rotten fruits, vegetables in bags in hope consumers don’t pay attention and buy their rotten fruits/veggies. It is pretty dishonest. I have also noticed their heavy cream no longer is heavy cream. They fill them with full fat milk and sell as heavy cream. They do not have heavy cream consistency and quality has gone down with high prices. Pretty greedy corporate practices.
