Went in here to cash a check issued by them and was bombarded by asking about cobrowsing, account openings etc banker acted visibly disappointed and vocal about not opening an account, in branch experience is very pushy

I had an awful experience with one of the ladies at this office. I was quite surprised because I usually have great interactions with the bankers at this company and I have been with them since I was 16. I had very serious questions about my account being denied constantly for payments and wanted to confirm why. I was told different things when my account was suspended and the attitude she gave me was truly appalling. I always make sure to speak to customer service representatives with respect because I know what it's like to deal with difficult clients being in the service industry myself for 8 years. She felt it was ok to tell me to take my money out and go somewhere else if I'm not happy. As well as interrupting me and having the worst tone after just asking questions. I'm sorry, but if my own money is being denied to me and no one is telling me why, I think I have the right to ask questions? This is people's money that we are trusting them with. Attitude like that will just make someone's day worse instead of feeling safe. I had no intentions of leaving this bank, even with what has been going on, but after that interaction I will be leaving.

We were Union Bank customers. US Bank took over. They said it would be a fast and easy transition. No. It was neither. I have been to multiple branches. I like the fact that there are enough branches to make banking convenient. Most tellers have been very nice in most locations. The people in SJC..not so much. What can I do? I will wait a little longer. The jury is still out. I'm curious to know how the takeover has been for others.

Disappointing customer service. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. The tellers are abrupt and either cannot answer questions or do not care to take the time. Very rushed. Will be changing banks. Was hoping the new location was going to be good but was a let down.

I've always gotten really good service at this bank. They recognize me and are always very friendly. Today after going there my car wouldn't start and the employees at this bank came to my rescue in the 90 degree heat! Special thanks to the manager Chris for going above and beyond!

This is the friendliest and most customer oriented branch I've ever witnessed. I used to be an assistant manager a few years back and have been in the banking world for 5 years so I know the ins and outs of the banker life and therefore I've seen it all. I'm especially impressed by this office. I come in only once a month and all the employees still remember my face and my name. It's never understaffed or has a long line out the door. They seem organized and prepared. I'm very impressed with this team. It's so refreshing after being in the us bank in Northern California where this type of customer focus was non existent.

Why do you allow customers in without a mask? I was at the ATM, there was customers without masks, inside the branch, laughing and talking with the tellers and branch manager, conducting business. Why is this allowed? We are at the height of a surge in the pandemic and obviously US Bank Ladera Ranch does not take it seriously.

This is the best Bank. They are all very friendly and personable. They get to know their customers. Not your typical bank
