My dog and I were both traumatized and they dropped everything and immediately took care of my dog. “Dr Gunderson is the best at what she does! We honestly have been up since 4 am trying to get care for our lil guy due to a blockage and facilities were trying charging us $2k and above after we'd already spent over $600 trying to get him help. My sister recommend this months again and I finally decided to call and see what could be done as we were running short on time. She and her teams were so patient and caring and ended up getting us the best price in town and I think the entire world. While we do have some things to take care of at home after everything was said and done we are more than happy and so relieved to have been able to see our lil guy in way better shape. Though we don't live very close we are more than willing to make the drive just for the amount of care and concern her and the staff showed us and our situation”

“We have been with quail animal hospital for more than five years. Dr. Wang is the best vet we have ever met. He is very knowledgeable and honest, it is very easy to communicate with him and he has a lot of patience. They will call us the second day after every visit, which is very nice. The price is pretty fair for an animal hospital in Irvine. I took out one star because every time when we try to call them to make an appointment no one would answere, we had to left a voice mail and waiting, sometimes it took more than a day which can be frustrating.”

We felt we were in great hands from the moment we stepped in until we left. Dr. Barry’s passion for animals was evident while she interacted with Tesla. We also appreciated her transparency and how thorough she was in addressing any concerns during the examination. “This is, by far, the best animal hospital I’ve found in my 30+ years of being a dog owner. A veterinarian whom I met where I work recommended Dr. Robinson to me when we moved to the area.The front office staff is professional and welcoming (I love everyone and since my first call, Amanda has been so great!). The vet technicians are kind and listen with an empathetic ear.I have had the opportunity to have both Dr. Robinson and Dr. Yamasaki take care of my mixed breed dog. They were gentle and kind, and really took their time listening to my questions and addressing each one. I never feel rushed. My sweet dog Sadie is always happy to be greeted by them - they make her feel calm and loved, which makes a trip to the vet a positive experience rather than something scary! Both of these women are extremely knowledgeable and have put me at ease in a number of situations that were worrisome. They have been conservative in their approaches to a number of situations. I never feel like they are recommending tests or treatments that they feel can be monitored judiciously.I’ve been to vets who seemed to be pushing as many tests and medications as they could, and I feel much the opposite here.Their fees seem to be in line with other animal hospitals in the area. I love that they offer “vet tech” hours where I can just walk in for times when my dog needs a recheck, her nails trimmed and many other services that don’t require an appointment with one of the doctors.This is a 5 star PLUS experience. I live close by but would never hesitate to drive a great distance to come here!”

“Other doctor offices take note! This place is amazing. Unfortunately had to take my 20 year old pitbull in and down. The staff here did not make me wait in a waiting room rather had a blanket laid out already and escorted me right in without any explanation or identification. The nurses and doctors were so respectful to my family and others in the office. I wish that I was treated like this when going to a human doctor. They showed genuine love for animals and what they do. Handled efficiently and affordable. Thank you guys so much for making such a painful experience quit calming and peaceful, reassuring us of the right decisions to make. RIP Bruno!”

“Our 13 yo Shih tzu came back from the groomer about 9 months ago coughing uncontrollably and we found out he had a Collapsed Trachea confirmed by his vet that evening. The coughing, honking, etc., was unbearable but our love for him and his quality of life had us searching for better options. The vet said it was incurable but something that could be managed with steroids and pain meds. He still coughed around the clock. I found Ask Ariel and started with the Collagen supplement-he coughed significantly less. Also gave him benadryl tabs occasionally. The next time I ordered collagen, I added the lypozymes. After 3 weeks of both he is not coughing at all. It's a miracle and everyday my husband and I are thankful that we found Ask Ariel. No more steroids or pain meds either! He is running up and down the stairs now without coughing and we just watch him in awe. “I was referred here when my baby needed an urgent ultrasound. It is always terrifying when your fur baby is sick and in need of urgent care. 4 stars because the gentleman at the desk was really snippy and rude after I had already called and verified that there could be an ultrasound tech available that day. Luckily a lovely woman stepped in and verified that they would try their best. After that all interactions were pleasant, the estimate is explained extremely thoroughly, down to the cents. The facility is EXTREMELY clean, which was a relief upon entering. The facility is really pretty with a huge front desk and bright lighting. The most important thing here is that they helped my baby Harley come back to me healthy.”
