We've been bringing our dogs to them for years, and they've always given us solutions that have improved our pups' conditions. They also are always willing to provide multiple options to keep the costs within our budget, and their fees are better than any other place we've been to.”

“I have been bringing my dog to Dr. Jon Sultzer since he was a puppy. Dr. Sultzer is very patient, caring, and knowledgeable.
Last Thursday, we brought Bentley to the clinic because he was having choking problems. Dr. Sultzer and his technician, Fernanda, treated him with so much kindness and care. Bentley also has vision problems, and Fernanda carried him around like a baby to help him feel safe and comfortable.

“This was our first experience with Laguna Beach Veterinary Medical Center, and although it came during an incredibly difficult time, we are so grateful for the care and compassion we received.
Someone in our apartment complex recommended them after telling us what an amazing experience they had. At the time, we were in a bit of a pickle because our 17-year-old Pomeranian was really not doing well. We had previously taken her to a veterinarian in the Newport area, where she had been prescribed several medications, but unfortunately, nothing seemed to be helping.
Laguna Beach Veterinary Medical Center was incredibly kind and managed to get us in with a substitute veterinarian, who was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to perform a complete examination before explaining what she felt our little Pomeranian needed.
Sadly, we ultimately learned that her kidneys were failing, and she reached the end of her life shortly afterward. As heartbreaking as the experience has been, we will always remember how well we were treated at Laguna Beach Veterinary Medical Center and how cared for we felt during such a difficult time.
What made an already wonderful impression even more meaningful was receiving flowers from Laguna Beach Veterinary Medical Center after they were notified by Lap of Love, who helped us say goodbye to her peacefully at home. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that meant so much to us.
We still have another little dog, and after this experience, there is no question that we will be bringing him to Laguna Beach Veterinary Medical Center moving forward. We are incredibly thankful to have found them.”
“We recently moved to the area. In the brief time we've lived here, we've had two emergencies, with two different pets. In both instances, we've had our pets treated that day, without having had an appointment. Both times the quality of care has been great treating the underlying cause. “I've been bringing my pets to Dr. Kim for about 10 years now, and I can't recommend him and his team enough.
He's cared for multiple pets of mine through every stage of life. He's performed several dental procedures, surgeries, and routine care, and I've always felt my cats and dogs were in the best hands.
When the heartbreaking time came to say goodbye to a few of them, he and his staff were incredibly compassionate and kind. Those are moments you never forget, and they treated both my pets and me with so much dignity and care.
One thing I appreciate most is that I never feel rushed. Dr. Kim takes the time to answer questions, explain options, and genuinely cares about the animals he treats. His experience and knowledge give me confidence, even in stressful situations.
The staff deserves just as much recognition. They are always friendly, patient, and caring. It's obvious that everyone there loves what they do.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Kim to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is honest, skilled, compassionate, and genuinely puts the well-being of animals first. My sister brings her dogs to Dr. Kim too, and we are incredibly grateful to have such a wonderful doctor for our babies.”

Hospital with experience. I could not recommend this place enough. Every single person from the front desk (shout out Alexis) to the doctor Huang was so incredibly kind and thorough. They called to check in, reminders, and were very responsive and quick. These guys know what they’re doing and are really professional. If you’re traveling and need a health certificate , go to them. They even use a program that lays out all the requirements to make sure nothing is missed.”

“The Angels must have guided me to Ask Ariel because I somehow stumbled upon what has been the answer to revive my senior cat, Lula. She had an ongoing sinus infection due to long-term steroid use for an Intestinal Lymphoma diagnosis. The supplements from Ask Ariel have allowed me to wean Lula off of steroids and clear the chronic infection. I also switched her to 60% raw diet, per suggestion, and her digestion is better now than it was before she got sick. She improves more every day and she is acting like a young cat again. I am forever grateful for Ask Ariel!! I have and will continue to tell everyone with pets about Ask Ariel! Thank you with all of my heart!!!”

“Incredible, Life-Saving Care for My Australian Shepherd
This review is long overdue, but I cannot recommend Alicia Pacific Veterinary Center enough. I brought my 10-year-old Australian Shepherd in for what I thought was a routine anal gland secretion issue. Dr. Haney and the team did a quick check and identified that he actually had a severe perianal hernia—a 7 out of 10 on the severity scale. Without surgery, he would not have survived the complications. To fix it, he needed the hernia repaired and to be neutered, as testosterone was causing the tissue to thin.
The surgery had me on pins and needles, but the compassion and care shown by Dr. Haney, Ann, Taylor, and Seychelle was unbelievable. They brought in a specialist surgeon for the procedure and had us come in for several checkups a week to monitor his healing closely. When a minor complication arose involving a hematoma, they quickly used laser therapy to help it dissipate.
I truly love this staff for saving my dog’s life. They feel like a part of our extended family now. If you want a team that is skilled, proactive, and deeply compassionate, this is the place to go!”
“Went to VCA Olympad while vacationing in the area for a serious situation with my dog Maggie who has heart issues, stopped eating. My daughter recommended the hospital based on excellent service received for her dog Elton. Excellent customer service. Very organized and timely.
