I wanted chicken wings and if you ask what's the freshest chicken wings to the person behind the counter, you would expect fresh wing's Nope! The chicken wings was dryer than my elbow! Stop making large batches. Unbelievable! Absolutely disgusting!

This store has the best bakery ever!! Everyone is so nice and they can accommodate most all requests. They also care very much about the satisfaction of their customers. The manager of the Bakery Laurie even came over to make sure I was taken care of and I was so impressed with her. I strongly recommend you look no longer for a custom bakery and visit Ladera Ranch Albertson's off Crown Valley.

I want to first start off by saying this store seems very well kept. The isles are very clean. The cashiers and other members are very friendly and extremely helpful. But now to a more serious matter, and the alarming fact is that it pertains to what I'm led to believe is the district manager by the name of Tim. Upon leaving the grocery store I needed to select one more item to complete my order for a Uber Eats delivery. I approached a gentleman to help me find this last item. He was wearing a light, blue collared shirt, stocking the meat and juice aisle, with a younger work associate. I kindly asked him if he knew where I could find Francisco sourdough bread. He had instructed me that it was on aisle one, but I had mentioned that I had been down that aisle, and had not seen the item. He then responded by saying "if we do not have the item then I'm afraid we are out." I then responded with "OK I understand. If it was in stock, would it be on the bottom shelf? " After I had asked this question, he began to look at me with anger and frustration, then he turned his back to me, and proceeded to walk towards aisle one and said loudly and frustrated "let's go see if I can find it." He pointed at it, and thankfully there was plenty in stock, and I had apparently just missed it when I looked earlier. I said "yes that is the product thank you" to which he responded with nothing and walked back to what he was doing. Look, I understand we all have bad days or whatever, but when you walk into your place of work ESPECIALLY if you are one of the main people in charge, it is your responsibility to set the tone and the pace for the upmost customer service experience for all of your customers. YOU ARE THE LEADER. Just a friendly reminder , as soon as you clock in for work, you are representing not only yourself, but the company that you work for. I didn't appreciate being felt like I was a burden when I was asking simple questions that could've been handled a lot more professionally. I hope that the right people see this and can talk to this gentleman and if he really is the main person in charge. shame on you and you should do better.

I want to commend two employees at the Albertsons located in Ladera Ranch. I want the manager / supervisors, Tim and Allison, to know that Aeden and Cody have gone above and beyond to help me MULTIPLE times on different occasions when I come in to the grocery store. I often have to shop for many different items, and Aeden and Cody both always greets me politely, respectfully, and take time to help me find exactly what I am looking for. I have asked other employees for help, but every time, it's only these two that truly are exceptional with their service, knowledge of the store and willingness to help. I would personally recommend Aeden and Cody both to be recognized for their exceptional service with the opportunity to receive a raise or a promotion. They are the reason I only shop at Albertsons. Thank you Aeden and Cody!

Been shopping at this store for 18 years. It's my favorite store in the area. I drive past two other markets to go to this store. Staff is always friendly and helpful, they have a great selection, and the store is always well stocked.

I rarely come to this location but todays experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I dropped by today just to grab a few things before the storm hits. I picked a line that wasn't busy but immediately noticed the guy who was working the checkout looked annoyed I picked his line. Mind you this man also looked to be the manager of the store by the way he was dressed. I noticed he was making lots of small talk to the guy in front of me, asking about the storm and being prepared and whatnot. The minute it was my turn though he kinda just turned off from the nice guy to a cold person who just wanted to get me in and out as quick as possible. I nicely told him I needed two large bags of ice and he was like "ok" but said it in a uninterested tone, I then asked if I needed to go grab it right now and he just kind of looks at me like "yeah" so I go and grab two big 20 lb bags of ice by myself with no offer of help whatsoever. Overall this reminded me of one of the many reasons why I dislike this location, I'll just stick to the other nearby stores since this location doesn't seem to treat everyone equally.

We have been going to Albertsons for almost 20 years, but this was the first time to have ordered a cake from their bakery and OH MY GOODNESS... the cake was DELICIOUS! We ordered a 10 inch round chocolate cake with buttercream frosting and cream cheese filling for my daughter's birthday. I wish we would've bought two! For the first time EVER, we ran out of cake. Typically, no one wants cake and we have a ton of leftovers. Not this cake. People were asking for seconds. We definitely recommend and will order from the bakery again!

Sue in the bakery did a beautiful job on a cake for my granddaughter's birthday party. It's best to tell her exactly what you want on the cake. I didn't tell her to put anything on top of the cake around the photo so it looked unfinished. She wasn't there when I picked it up but the manager was fantastic and found an artistic employee to put some swirls around the photo and top of the cake and it was perfect. Thanks to all!!

I came in tonight with my boyfriend and as we were checking out with Shannon, who was nice, Steven L. was bagging our groceries and made us extremely uncomfortable by playing a R. Kelly song on his phone and yelling that he doesn't care if R. Kelly is a convicted pedophile he loves him. I felt bad for Shannon having to deal with him, but I couldn't be happier getting out of this store and never coming back.

My husband bought me the Mucinex DM yesterday night, I noticed is expired from 09/2020. I speak the counter manager her name is Christy, I told her I don't have the receipt at this moment, can she exchange for me? She was so rude, she started yelling at me and then say she wants the physical receipt and make me come back to exchange it. And I was like can you check if other medicine is expired too? She was like no, nothing is expired. And acting I was lying to her. And then I was going to say something ,She was like , I am not talking to you, you can come back to talk to the store manger. I ask the business card of the store manager she said she doesn't have one, come back in one hour. And I was with my son, I have the pictures of the receipt and she still said no. I was like she is not trying to help and just trying give me a hard time. She took an advantage of me not the native speaker and kept yelling at me because I lost my receipt and didn't get me chance to say something. I can't believe this kinda of rude person can be a manger ???? Customer silk 0, supervisor skill of product 0. How can she be a manger?

The Ladera Ranch Albertson's market seems to lack there once flagship vibe. However, I still receive a five star vibe from the Albertson's bakery. For the past several years I find the bakery to provide a wide variety of tasty treats at reasonable price points. Recently, my husband purchased my birthday cake from the Albertsons bakery and the bakers showcased their design talent with my colorful farm cake; thank you!
