I just went to get a gozney dough tray that is in their website for $39.99 on sale but they didn't want to sale it for that they said their system said$ 55.00 and they even check their website and in effect was 39.00 but they didn't want to honor their on price , so if you're planning to go here for a sale deal forget it they will sale it to you at the price they want not what they offer

Nothing like the vibe of a local hardware store with long term employees and a helpful attitude. The slightly higher prices than the big box stores are MORE than offset by the lower stress levels and far superior service.

Of the two Ace stores close to me, I tend to visit this location less for no other reason than it's less convenient and variety is slightly less.
But the reason for my rating is that I often swing by this location for quick purchases, generally, $50 or less. On my last visit, I bought an item on sale and another regular price. Something didn't seem right walking back to the car, so I double-checked, and the sale item did not ring up as such. Now, the kicker, the 2nd item shelf price is $7.79, but rang up as $8.99. I got my price adjusted but really made me think about whether or not I've been overcharged in the past and how many other people bought the same $7.79 item but paid more.
I smell something fishy but won't make assumptions. Double check your receipt or, better, pay attention to what price shows up on register before taking the receipt.

Great local hardware store, the team is great the store is packed with stuff, the pies are the best thing to buy with your tools and materials! Seriously pick out a pie on your way out they're phenomenal! They have deals and very friendly knowledgeable staff who regularly open my eyes to better solutions than what I'm working on.

Lafayettet Ace Hardware is a good old fashioned hardware store. Their selection is wonderful. They seem to have everything! The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

This has been my neighborhood hardware store which I have frequented for decades. The service has been consistently courteous and very helpful. In particular, one of the staff recently took a lot of time to successfully match a paint sample which was very tricky and required a lot of expertise. I am a 5* satisfied customer here at my local ACE store.

Its a great place to stop for that little something you need for a home improvement project. Love this store, reminds me of the hardware stores I used to explore as a kid.

Same store and could find what I needed. Many ACE Hardware stores move items around. Lafayette store is not my regular Ace that I go to. Stopped there when I was traveling thru Lafayette and found plumbing tool I needed.
