A huge shout out to the dream team of Leslie and Andrea who always go out if their was to provide amazing customer service and product knowledge. I love coming into this store because they both have a great attitude and sincerely care. The store is well stocked and taken care of. Today I was there and it looked like a boutique. I as a professional in the industry for 30 years had to write this yelp. This is where I will be coming to do business. Thank you! I look forward to education this year too! See you soon!

Words cannot express my love for Beauty Solutions enough!!! After switching to the Kevin Murphy line 2 1/2 years ago, I was introduced to this amazing company. As a professional stylist for over 20 years, this company has improved my skills drastically by having amazing hands-on classes every week. Everything in the store is always well stocked. I love that every year I get 2 presents...and they are great presents! The 1st one is just for being a customer and the 2nd one is for Christmas. It's a box full of goodies and I love them! It's just a sweet perk to being a customer here that no other beauty supplier does. But the best best BEST part about Beauty Solutions is Leslie and Gabby!!! These 2 girls are the epitome of quality customer service. If ever I have any question about anything whether its a product or a class, these 2 girls know the answer!! They also are always so kind to help me get my order ready and rung up BEFORE I even get there and even do curbside service!!! There have been times when I can't make a phone call but can text my question and boom! There's my answer!!! I LOVE THEM!!! I certainly hope the owners take good care of these girls because they are such a HUGE asset to Beauty Solutions

The front desk staff have always been accommodating and receptive to feedback in the two years I have had my membership. I work with Kevin Murphy products, and AlfaParf, the classes I’ve taken through this location have always been fun and worth the time and money.

I love this place, when ever I go in, I feel like a kid in a candy store. Everything is always stocked, clean, and organized. If They are out of something the amazing staff will put in the order without hesitation and give me an estimated time of arrival. Love this place

BUYER BEWARE!!!' I spent over $300 on Trissola + Smoothing treatment system to use on my clients. I did 3 treatments with it and then my salon was told that the smoothing treatment with formaldehyde have been band in California. I called Beauty Solutions to see if they were aware that it has been band and they said no. I asked if I could exchange for a keratin treatment with no formaldehyde instead or return the Trissola. I was told they would do neither. They continue to sell Trissola even though it's illegal and band in California. Update: interesting to see now you guys are paying attention to reviews and I have not received a response... I will clarify my earlier complaints. I bought Trissola plus keratin Treatment. My salon in Downtown Walnut CreekI was reported and contacted by OSHA. We were told in order to use any products with formaldehyde in them we would need to update our ventilation system to a special filter ration/ventilation system. It cost over $10,000 in total for the salon to do the updates to the ventilation system. If we did not follow OSHA's demands or stop using the products we would be find.. I am telling all of you that use Trissola with formaldehyde or any other smoothing treatments with formaldehyde, Brazilian blowout etc. on your clients and get reported you will go to the same situation my salon did. And the reason why it's an issue is because stylists are getting bloody noses, migraines, and respiratory issues for using these products in excess with bad ventilation.

I love this Resource center. Leslie and Gabby are awesome!!! These Ladies always greet you with a smile by name. They are also very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. I've attended a few classes as well always leave educated and inspired.

I love EVERYTHING about BEAUTY SOLUTIONS. I am ALWAYS greeted with a huge smile from Leslie and Gabby and if I ever look lost (which I do 99.99% of the time) they are right there when I need the assistance. As a stylist who is behind the chair, time is crucial. I need to just go in and come out in a blink of an eye. Those two girls help make that happen. With my major indecisiveness and "wait! I think I forgot a color! Let me grab it real fast" they are so patient and warming and I love absolutely everything and anything about them. They make my shopping experience smooth and time goes by so fast when I'm there. If for whatever reason those two angels aren't there and the reps Meghan or Erin are, have no fear (they are both so knowledgeable and welcoming and offer every advise they can if you need it) ! They are just as fabulous and amazing as Leslie and Gabby are! I am addicted to the Lafayette location and I will travel to only this location whenever I am in need to replenish my locker at work (or just to say hi and pester them with my indecisiveness)

I always experience great customer service when I visit beauty solutions, however this last time was above and beyond exceptional service. I had to pick up some hair for a client on Monday. I had my kids with me and of course one fell asleep. It was lunch time and there was nowhere close to park. I called my girl that always helps me on the left (she always remembers what I've been up to and our previous convos). She got my hair and charged my card on file and the rep ran it out to me. I kept thanking both of them and promising I didn't think I was Beyoncé. They were so understanding and amazing! So grateful

Buyers, salons owners..... BE AWARE of erin's unprofessionalism. The sales rep (SR) worked hard to convince me to buy their products, she gave me some samples which I tried with my clients. Clients and I loved the products so I called the SR to place my order. I was promised I was getting my order the very next day, which I didn't. I exchanged some texts with SR asking where my order was and within a few mins got a call from erin, SR's supervisor. erin showed me some of her brightest colors, she was rude, unprofessional and petulant. Interrupting me every time I had the chance to talk, even putting words in my mouth. "You THOUGHT you were getting the products today" she said, and also make this other suggestion, "UPS finishes delivering packages at 10pm, you should wait until then", among other comments but it was the tone of her voice which I really hated. I talked to erin's supervisor to make a complaint. I took all the Beauty Solutions products off my shelves and they are now past tense. SR works really hard to find new clients and erin scares them away with her petulancy and unprofessionalism. How smart is that? Good luck!
