Coco and Tori helped me this morning and were so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. The store has expanded to include Charlotte Tilbury. And the Chantecaille products are so gentle. Highly recommend for a 50s something!

I had an amazing experience at the charlotte tilbury event. Quiyanna the makeup artist was beyond great! I love the new brands that are coming to this location, Angela Caglia & Victoria Beckham. I am excited to come back!

My daughter and I attended the Charlotte Tilbury makeup on Saturday and I have to say I’m not someone who knows a lot about makeup but we had an amazing time. We left looking and feeling so beautiful. wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

I have called multiple times over the past several months to inquire about the availability of specific products; they never answer the phone! I refuse to drive 30 minutes to check in person. Just another indication of poor customer service at this location.

Excellent Bluemercury store, welcoming staff, lots of choice and I can find my favorite cosmetics brand Jane Iredale there, it's perfect.

I agree with the other poor reviews. Good products, but service and service quality at this store are currently bad. I've figured out what products I like and now I just order them from Amazon to avoid what used to be a fun experience of popping into this store.

I used to love shopping at BlueMercury (especially this location) that was until the new manager, Jessica, arrived. She has zero customer service skills. Talking to her is like talking to the wall. I spend a lot of money at this store and always ask myself the same question after leaving the store " why do I bother shopping here?" I really do hope the district managers pay attention to our reviews and figure out a way to make it more friendly and welcoming. This is a neighborhood store that should treat us locals well since we keep them in business.. I'm not for asking anyone to roll out the red carpet, but I am asking for some great customer-- I don't feel that's too much to ask for.. most of the employees there are relatively kind with the exception of Jessica. Since she is the manager, it comes from the top down. Perhaps they can send her to another store?

I never knew about this store. I read up on it and decided to check it out. Wow! I was greated almost immediately by the lovely Yazmeen. Not pushy at all. She gave me the standing tour of the store. I was telling her what I was looking for, my experiences with other stores and what I was currently using. Another lovely associate walked up and joined in the conversation. Her name was Blaine (sp?). She walked me through products I might like. We agreed on some and before I knew it, I was sitting down and getting a tutorial on some suggested products. She used some on my face and explained what she was doing and how to use it. I did end up getting some of what she suggested and some others. Do yourself a favor. Google this store and if you don't live close to one, go to the closest one to you. Skip Ulta, Skip Sephora, you may pay a little more. There are not "drugstore" brands here. They don't carry Too Faced, Urban Decay and others like that. Take my word for it and visit a Bluemercury near you.

Lisa and her associate were so sweet! My mother, sister, Abuela and I restocked on La Mer, Sisley, and Skinceuticals! Lisa and her associate took the time to help us try products and were generous with samples. I am sure we will end up buying everything we sampled! Thank you!

I love this location, and usually have a great experience - with customer service, inventory, etc. However, lately the employees have been extremely rude, snappy and short with customers. It has completely diminished the personal shopping experience and left me with a sour taste in my mouth toward this location.

Store was clean and had a nice selection of brands. I walked in around 4:00 today. There were 2 employees. One was helping another customer another was behind counter. Neither employee acknowledged me. After I walked around the store a few times I left.
