“Another great experience at the Lafayette Sees! Cristian was incredibly helpful in building the assorted box, and I was grateful to see how Tim worked to ensure a sanitary experience with samples etc. One cannot be too careful, especially with food products and I was heartened to see masks in use, gloves in place, and that the samples were being shared in a discretionary manner with each visitor to ensure sanitary conditions.”

“The chocolates are of course amazing. This store is always clean and well stocked. I also find that it is not usually crowded which makes for a great shopping experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. “We have patronized Sweet Street for several years. I always am able to find international candies that you can't find at other candy stores. For example, I have a friend from Turkey and when she was missing her homeland, I found Turkish taffy that helped her to feel loved from where she was from. Recently, I had a coworker who told me that he loved Aero bars, but his girlfriend was a flight attendant and she got them from the UK. I walked in, didn't look around because I needed a quick look, so I walked up to the staff member (Sarah) who directed me to the chocolate and mint flavored Aero bars! I was so happy, and then my friend was grateful to try a new flavor. Okay, Sweet Street, we will see you soon!”

“Yes, it can be a little expensive, but it has fantastic service, kind people who are always respectful, and genuinely good people. I've been coming here since I was a little girl and always got excited. They always have a large variety of candy, and the line wait is almost nonexistent, or you wait for a minute. They also have a lot of nostalgic candy that my parents love. As well, they have some candy. That's just plain funny. I recommend especially if you're already in Sunvalley.”

“I am hosting a birthday part and I wanted to get tons of unique beverages so I drove almost 2 hours to check this place out. I had been looking for drinks for the party online and they were somewhat difficult to find and very pricy so I sent a message to the yelp page asking some questions, but I was disappointed that I never received a response. When I arrived in the area, traffic was terrible and parking was non-existent, so if you are coming from a ways off like I was, just be ready for that. I brought a backpack and some carrying bags in anticipation of all the things I was going to buy but when I got to the door, there was a sign that advised "no pets allowed". I always travel with my small dog (one of the questions I asked in my message btw) and we were not about to leave her in the car, so my husband put her in a carrying satchel and I walked in to the store. I immediately started putting items into a cart and once my husband got our pup all zipped in, her entered behind me. I will be honest, the proprietor got up from his chair and it appeared he was going to approach my husband, however I put more items in my cart as I chatted to my husband and when the owner realized we were together, he sat back down. We must have browsed that tiny store for an hour. It's unbelievable how much they have in such a small space. I was able to get dozens of fun, unique beverages for less than half of what I would have paid online. (Honestly, when you add in my gas and time, I probably came out even but the adventure and being able to physically see the items was well worth it). The gentleman working was very friendly to me. He put all my drinks into carriers and helped me get them into my bags and backpack. He never said a word about my dog, but keep in mind I spent a good amount of money, so I would definitely not call this store "dog friendly". Overall, I am really glad I came. This store would be great for anyone looking for unique beverage flavors or bottles as well as any candy lover. They had lots of cute items on offer and prices were very reasonable. I might not make the drive again just for this but I will definitely return whenever I am in the area.”

“Finished dinner next door and came into the candy shop to get some sweets and ice cream (gelato). Plenty of options for candy and got me remembering about so many old brands of candies I haven't eaten in a long time. Staff was super helpful when asked about specific candies and the Gelato was good.”
