Billing is confusing - pretty sure they’ve tried to double bill at times, but you don’t get an itemized statement so it’s hard to tell.

I’m submitting this review because of the help and great service provided by Tim. He went over and above to find the most economical wand easy way to downsize to a smaller unit plus he helped us in ways over and above what’s expected. He is a great employee.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, showed me several units. When I completed the rental agreement the system assigned me to a unit that I didn't really want, but the employee helped me transfer to the unit I preferred and got me moved in on the same day. Excellent service!

The staff is mediocre and the place raises the rates every 3 or 4 months. Find another place. This is a rip off.

Wow, so impressed with Donavan Jones the Assistant Manager of Central Self Storage in Lafayette. He was so friendly, patient and helpful with me while deciding on a storage unit. I have rented storage units in California and England and couldn't believe how quickly and stress free Donavan explained the process, paperwork and rented me a unit. The place is clean, safe and has lots of parking. Thank you, again Donavan for your awesome customer service.

We've been storing stuff here for years. It's been fine, but recently spoke with Bethany at Central Storage and she is fantastic! She worked with me to make the most of the space and minimize cost...how many businesses have you known do that? They will continue to get my business!

Abusive auto phone mail system results in interminable hold times. Good luck trying to get access to storage from this outfit.
