Hi,
Yesterday,I had the opportunity to visit this wonderful place, everything there is simply charming! There are many unique and exclusive options for giving gifts. Furthermore, the customer service is very special and delicate. I was looking for a bag made of good quality fabric several weeks ago, and I found it there! I bought a beautiful bag with a painted hummingbird, this is fashionable! I adore it. I recommend this gift shop 100%,

What a find!!!!!!! Such a cool shop with wonderful artistic items. I wanted so many things but narrowed down to two that I will cherish forever. The owner was so friendly and helpful. This shop is my to go place for gifts for others as well as myself!!!!

A really fun and magical little shop full of whimsical clocks, lighting, garden ornaments, wind chimes, and more. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We didn't purchase anything on our visit but plan to go back for special holiday gifts for the family.

Super nice folks. They've got a huge variety of clocks as well as greeting card, lawn ornaments, and household decorations. The staff has exceptional experience with clock repair and will do house calls for grand father clocks and other large clocks that are difficult to transport.

I went to Clock, Inc. for the first time today for a watch repair. I spent a few minutes looking around and found a cool water fountain candle to purchase. When I went back to the counter I was told my watch could not be repaired. No problem, I can try somewhere else, right? Then I noticed the watch spring bar was removed and now broken. I asked what happened and explained the watch spring bar was not broken when I brought it in, just the strap was broken and needing repair. The guy came out and said that when he tried to put the spring bar back, it broke. I asked if he could repair it or replace it and he was immediately defensive. He said he could look around to find one but the strap was broken so it didn't matter. I thanked him and asked for a new spring bar, since he broke mine. He laughed and said "what, so you can hang it on the wall?". I asked him why he was being mean to me. In my eyes, he broke a part of my watch that was not broken when I brought it in and I just asked him to fix or replace it. I told him I didn't like how he was treating me. I gathered my even more broken watch to leave. On my way out I said that I was disappointed with how I was being treated and he said "Geez... goooodddbbbyyyyyeeee". I am so sad that I went in to support a local small business and was treated with such disrespect. Caution ~ customer service here is not good. The owner is not a nice man.

I stopped in on 2 successive days last week as I was trying to kill time until Gayle was finished with her business. I suppose if you're on a laptop or smart phone all the time, having a physical clock (either analog or digital) might be considered a waste of time. However, I like the physical "feel" of time that a clock provides, along with the various design considerations. Clocks Etc. has a nice selection, all nicely displayed and at various price points. I came away with a nice Bulova travel clock and another "radio antennae" desk clock (one for each day). Both were good values and getting to my choice was half the fun. My only quibble is that store staff tended to hover a bit, but that just might be potential shoplifting vigilance.
