Wanna buy organic black beans, Medjool dates, gogi berries, butterscotch chips or dried lavender IN BULK? Come through! Everybody who works there is so helpful and welcoming. Their store-made crunchy peanut butter is also my kryptonite. Parking could use some work, but I usually have no problem snagging street parking. I am a stan.”

“My favorite place to shop for food! I always feel like im getting the best food for great prices. I also love the bulk food bins where you can scoop out as much as you need and its priced by the pound. I get my granola, trail mix, rice and beans from them. Game changer. Less plastic waste as well.”

Also if you need some supplements they have a large selection of that. They do not have a large selection of products in general, but they have some different products that may be hard to find other places.”

“I have been coming here since this store opened. In the past couple of years I have experienced some employees that have been less than kind. Once months ago some employee nearly shamed me for using self check. I would NEVER intentionally do that but I literally had 1 items. When I went today for my usual grocery run I had to make a return. It had been a while since I used the kiosk to do a return but I figured if I needed anything I would just ask. I got there and got through the first two steps. I couldn’t open the drop box so I went to ask someone. The girl said that they didn’t open until 9am. There was a gentleman helping her with something at the self checkout and I explained that I couldn’t open the drop box door and he explained that you had to press the next button on the screen and then it would print out a label to put on the return before you put it in the drop box. He said very rudely do you understand? I said I think so but he came over and helped me. Though he didn’t stay still I finished so after I turned away I realized that I had to print a label and went back. I am certain the person who was waiting wasn’t thrilled. This my second time making a return where an employee was just plain rude. It doesn’t make me want to shop here when the treat their costumers like this. I don’t enjoy coming here like I used to. Customer Service has gone down the drain. It’s just sad.”

“Great customer service, kind workers, Amazon hub inside, everything nice but parking lot gets super busy. Also good luck with parking in grocery pickup to actually pick up your items. People use it as a normal parking spot. Also prices are pretty high, but quality organic foods.”

“I always stop at the Whole Foods when I'm traveling down to The Bay Area from the North State. It's your standard WF. A little smaller than some WF locations but I find it has all I need. It can be hard to get to later in the day because of traffic and Walnut Creek is just crowded all the time it seems. But it's only about a 7-8 minute detour off the freeway so it's an easy stop.”

“I had a great time visiting twisted thistle today! Being very into spirituality, healing and mental strength, this store was right up my alley. I had seen a recent review that stated this business was closed for construction, that review was posted yesterday (2/22/25) happy to report the store is open, I immediately noticed the sage being burnt in store, it sets a very nice atmosphere! The selection of the store is plentiful, lots of small-large sets of all the stones and crystals you might expect to find. You can also find tarrot cards, spell weaving books, candles, trinkets, and a variety of sages. What really took me over was the amount of infused consumables! There were drinks, lip balms, gummies pre rolls and even chocolate! All infused with natural herbs for calming/energy. However the real gem of the store has to be Edie! He is very nice and actually seemed to care about the purchase I was making! Overall great experience and will definitely be coming back, shoutout to Edie!!”

“Nathan was so helpful, courteous, very knowledgeable and patient as I am completely a newbie. I had tried some other protein powders and never liked them because of the flavors & texture (You CANNOT just stir protein powders!), never knew I needed to blend them or use that cup container with the whisk inside, no one EVER mentioned that before ?, except for today, Nathan did❣️ I've wasted time and money on protein powders to know that was necessary to fully enjoy them. He gave me great suggestions and flavors and other ideas on products and how best to use them.”

“This Whole Foods bakery is small, but their food items are just as good as the larger Whole Foods bakeries. There’s not really a lot of places to sit and eat, but there is also an outdoor area. My biggest criticism of this bakery is that even though the store is open till nine, it seems like whenever I go around six, most of the baked items are gone, and they’ve stopped putting things out. If you’re there during the day, it’s great.”

“I just love this store, every time I go there omg their customer service iss beyond, very very polite each person I meat in there, and they even just carry your item out to your car for you even if it's a bag of small item and thats from the heart and true carrying people, showing how they appreciate you for coming to their store that's what it shows, it won't matter if your a man or a women they do it for both. Even for something like a wic item your getting and they treat you with best. I have never seen this type of customer care. I respect and love this store, and thank you to all the staff members!!!”
