“If you don't already shop at The Food Mill, you should start. It's a health food store that's been in Oakland since 1933. My current obsession is their crunchy peanut butter. You get a giant jar for under $10. It's freshly ground, so fluffy, nothing is added, and no stirring is needed! They also have a thousand bulk items, hard to find ingredients, fresh baked treats, lots of tasty fake meats, and the staff is so lovely and helpful.”

“This place isn't the cheapest, but it has healthy products, and with quality produce. The store is a bit crowded, but it has more shelves than you can imagine. The staff is kind, they have a wishlist that people can write into. I'll return for things here and there, I liked the place”

“So glad that we stumbled upon this place. They have crystals, trinkets, candles, as well various teas and homeopathic items. I personally suffer from PCOS and western medicine items such as BC and such do not work for me and so I wanted to check the homeopathic and natural way. They had 2 different teas to help with PCOS and as well a ground up root that you can sprinkle in your tea or food. I am on day 2 and so I will see if this starts to take affect in the next month or so! Crossing fingers.”

“I like coming here, came in today and got some tulsi-holy basil tea. They had what I was looking for. I feel the service was great, I like dthe vibe of the place. I usually get vegetables here, the meat can be a bit more expensive. Aside from that I love the place”

“What can say... I'm addicted. I've been coming right Pressed for years and I love the freshness and quality of their drinks. I try to keep them on hand at all times and this location is almost a guarantee to have all flavors. Their shots are also a must - they truly make a difference in how you feel overall. Just do it ... your body will thank you! And cheers to the great staff who is always super helpful!”

“This company sells their vegan cacao coconut mousse at Berkeley Bowl and it is amazing. So yum, no added sugar, and vegan! I guess the 1 star review reflects that this isn't a store front? Anyway the chocolate mousse is to die for!”

“Whole Foods is an awesome supermarket with a bunch of cool stuff and a very casual atmosphere. They've got the best fruits, veggies, and healthy snacks you can imagine. It's like a food paradise for people who want to eat good and feel good. The workers there are super nice and know a lot about all the different foods, so if you ever need help, just ask!The only not-so-great thing is the parking. It's underground, and the entrance and exit can be kind of tight. If you've got a big car, it might be a little tricky. But once you conquer the parking challenge, the whole Whole Foods experience is totally worth it. It's like a magical land of delicious and healthy food waiting for you inside!”
