I really like J McLaughlin clothes and have purchased many items both online and in store over the last year. Many of the blouses and pants can be hand washed, and the fabrics hold up very well. It’s easy to coordinate items because of the way the system works together (ie, navy in a multi-print blouse matches navy pants). The reason for two stars is that the customer service in my local Lafayette CA store is very poor. I reached out to J McLaughlin online to see if I could speak with the manager of their Nor Cal stores after some poor service at my local store and never received a response. If the customer service improves then I’ll gladly give 5 stars.
