  The instructors are great, the people are friendly, the room is large with lots of windows. The music is fun and the dance routines are varied and interesting but not too complicated. You can work at your own pace. I’m 69 now and jazzercise has kept me in shape for 35 years. I’ll go forever if I can.

  A great workout. You have the option of low impact or high depending on your level of fitness . They always stress safety and to progress at your own pace. It has a little if everything. Stretching, cardio, weights and floor exercises. Various instructors make it fun!

  Fabulous Set today by Nancy with many challenging routines by Pit Bull and Justin Beiber just to name a few top artists!
