I heartily recommend John to anyone looking for an insurance agent. I've been a State Farm customer for just about 50 years now. Not all agents are the same. I recently switched from another agent who was either incompetent or unethical; either way not providing the service I expect. John was able to straighten out the problems created by the other agent and save me some money in the process. It is delightful to work with such a consummate professional as John.
