Jerry and Santiago are the bomb! Jerry has been servicing our Mercedes Benz cars since 2008. Jerry is a full fledged MB mechanic and has been working on them for decades. Knowledgable and flexible. Pricing is certainly a LOT less than dealerships and is competitive with any other shops nearby. I recommend... Highly recommend.

This placed was highly recommended, Jerry helped with my car's repair last year every went ok , but recently I brought my car again to check engine light this time Santiago helped me he was very nice until I decide not to do the repair at his shop because my car's warranty would cover for the repair at the dealer, Santiago then charged $180 for checking the source of the problem he actually told me over the phone that He was not charging for the diagnostic since they had worked on my car in the past. I am not against paying a fee but He should've said something since the beginning, He charged close to what the dealer charges. My opinion Santiago was a little dishonest and overcharged for the service provided.

Jerry and Santiago are great! I've been taking my two cars ('12 BMW and '04 Mercedes) to Lafayette Motors since moving to the area in 2015. They've taken time explaining things to me, and indulging my curiosity as an engineer. Best mechanics I've had.

Santiago replaced my serpentine belt a week or so ago and the belt has now stripped halfway and fallen off. Now I will have to get it repaired again and dump more money in my car that I shouldn't have. Called a few times today to see if I could give him a chance to make it right and was never answered so I'm assuming that the team there is aware of what he did to me. I am extremely disappointed in the service he has done on my car and would never recommend anyone to this shop. As someone in the car business I am constantly asked for referrals for auto repairs. We could have established good relations and help them bring in more referral and repeat business if the job was done right or at least made up for however under the current situation that ship has sailed

After months of issues with my BMW it finally broke down. I got the recommendation from a friend to take my car to Lafayette Motors. These guys went above and beyond in helping me. The scenario could've opened me up for being taken advantage of by a mechanic but they went far beyond what they had to do in order to help me out. I will be taking my car back there again for regular services and if any issues should come up in the future.
