I called to make an appt and asked if they have anyone good because I want a good job and she said no we don’t have anyone good and hung up th phone. Don’t believe these reviews are even real. What a disappointment

I frequent this salon every time I’m in town (my mom is a regular), and I have never had a bad experience. I can always rely on my nails turning out perfect and I never feel like I am getting rushed out. I can’t recommend this place more!

I visited Lafayette Nails today for a mani-pedi, only the 2nd or third time I've had my nails done since the pandemic shutdown. They did a great job at a fair price. I particularly appreciated their excellent treatment of a partially grown/ disfigured big toe nail that resulted from an inept self-pedicure during the pandemic. Kelly was thorough and careful and the result looks much better than I had hoped. I'll be back!

I have been coming here for over 15 plus years. The service has always been consistently good and their product - never disappointed. And now they have remodeled and have totally taken their salon to a new level. It is beautiful. So now we have great service in a beautiful salon ... and at a responsible price.

Kelly is pleasant, a professional, and great at her craft with a dip almond shaped manicure. Next time, I will have nail art done, and am excited to see her artistic ability. What a beautiful spot.

Love this place, I've been going there for 3 years now and Kathleen is the only one who can do my pink and white to perfection- I've tried other salons but this one is my only go to now. They do wonderful pedicures as well, great spot!Services: Sculpted nails

Last minute I decided to get a Pedicure and my usual salon was full as it was Friday. I made an appointment at Lafayette nails as the location is convenient for me. So, the older woman who did my nails digs into cuticles aggressively. She actually cut my left foot, 3rd toe. Mistakes happen but she did not apologize or even acknowledge the mistake, even when I said "OW!" and watched her disinfect the cut. Then, a mom and her 7 (?) year old come in. Grandma joins them after 15 minutes. Mom is clearly a "regular" as she greets the technicians warmly. Then she and Grandma, for the next half a hour, shout over the little girl who is sitting between them, planning *every* detail of their trip and Thanksgiving meal. Like they are the only ones in the shop. I understand the shop cannot control the behavior of their (entitled) customers. But this was a miserable 30 minutes. I left as fast as I could. Between that shoutfest and the cut on my foot, no way am I going back. The shop was clean.
