“my regular laundromat. parking is probably your biggest issue here, but there’s few dedicated spots in the lot with plenty on the street. kind of the smaller size but has everything you need. machines take cards which is a plus for us no cash people. $8.25 for the large washers and $0.25 for 6 minutes on the dryers. owner is super sweet and will even help out with loads if you have things to do.”

“First visit and I know I'll be back. Clean, lots of machines in all sizes and comfy chairs to sit in! Really liked the ability to use plastic instead of dirty old quarters! Only thing I didn't like was the parking lot. Hard to find a spot.”
“I needed a comforter cleaned (don't worry about it) along with some regular clothing, and even though I've used them before and really liked them, I still called around to get pricing bc I always want the best deal haha. They are STILL the best priced in this area, the workers are super nice, and even though I needed it rushed, everything came back so fresh and so clean. Very happy customer!”

“I am long overdue on my review of this facility.
I came here as i was late getting out to do my laundry and they are open the latest in the area. I was reluctant at first as it is in an area where nothing else is open. I was so relieved to find it is so clean and the other patrons wer very friendly, also relieved as my washer did not work, frustrated i called the number that was posted, fully expecting nothing to happen as it was late and previous experience was no one reponds to calls at the laundromats. Right away i got a call back they told me to take my laundry out and put it in a certain washer and they would start it for
me, they could see which washer was open! I was amazed, they are hands on and want to make sure customers have a great experience at their facility
I definitely will go back if need be. This has proven to be a clean, safe, secure environment and my clothes for clean. Word of caution they close at 11:00 pm everything automatically shuts OFF at 11:00 pm”
“They are so great. A friend once invited us to join his laundry pickup and we thought we'd splurge just once, but we haven't looked back. 4 years later+ we are still regulars.
We make some unusual household budgeting choices that prioritize what is good for us. We don't own a car, but we splurge of groceries. We live in a really small unit, but we splurge on having someone pickup our laundry and return it clean and neatly folded the following day.
Get your priorities straight, spend money on what makes you happy.”
“Would give her 10 stars! The owner is very friendly and understanding. She is obviously experienced in alterations etc. I have a small waist and larger hips, so pants never fit well without a tight belt and still wind up bulky and unflattering. I decided to get alterations for the waist of 4 pairs of pants/ jeans and they were perfectly fitted!! I literally couldn't find where they were altered. I'm so happy that I finally feel comfortable in my clothes. AMAZING WORK!! Thank you so much for the excellent service.”

“I was sick for a month and then our twenty-year-old, home washer's spin cycle quit. I had seven pillow cases crammed with laundry. I'd used Woody's Laundromat in years past to wash comforters and sleeping bags, but it has been a very long time since I had used a commercial laundromat. It had a free parking lot adjacent to the entry, and it provided plenty of wheeled baskets to move one's laundry. Woody's was VERY CLEAN. The attendant was constantly sweeping, checking empty machines, wiping the machines, or serving customers bringing in laundry for the wash-and-fold service. She is one who is definitely worth tipping for her great work! -No lingering, gloppy-wet, detergent on the machines or powder spilled on the floor. I had no qualms about a piece of laundry falling to the floor! Change machines worked. -Wish it could take credit cards in the machines, but cash is a sure bet with few fraud concerns. I would like it if the there were a sign showing the washing machine capacities (cu. ft.); it had three sizes. All if my laundry, sorted by colors, fit into four of the largest machines. Dryer time seemed slow compared to the washers. Other customers kept their areas clean and tidy. -Places to sit and metal chairs had tennis balls on the feet to not mar the floor! Large screen TV was on but was not blaringly loud. The Woody's Cafe next door (owned by a nephew) served a delicious pastry and a dark-roast coffee worth sourcing to drink at home! I may be back depending upon my washer replacement time!”

“Concord Laundromat is honestly one of the best laundromats I’ve been to. The place is always clean, well kept, and the machines actually work the way they should. The washers and dryers are fast, efficient, and fairly priced, which makes doing laundry way less stressful.

something doesn't add up with the credit card charges here lately. I have been coming here for years since I like the cozy Neighbourhood feel and convenient location, and I come here almost every week. But I had this feeling that I've been overcharged or that something is off. So I finally took detailed notes during my last visit... and I just can't make sense of my debit card charges 🧐”
“There’s a lady that works on the PM shift going around collecting carts when clearly customers are using them… her excuse was that it was busy but there was more than enough carts for incoming customers.. she made a gentleman take his clothes off the cart. So unprofessional. The lady in the morning is way much nicer and professional”

“1st time there Sunday 4/6/25. Great customer service from Nancy! I wasn’t familiar with having to buy the easy card and loading money on to that first. The card is reusable for your next visit so good to keep. My heavy duty blankets came out clean (Nancy recommended warm water vs. hot) and dry time wasn’t too bad. Satisfied 1st time customer ?”

“$3.75 for double load with the washers that are front load and have a clear window so u can see the clothes washing.
Dryers take some patience, each 0.25$ = 6-7 minutes to dry so be prepared with extra time and extra quarters.
And keep in mind this place closes at 6pm.
I took longer than expected drying and was walking out the gate partially closed
I usually wash here once a month to avoid hand washing so much at home and only on weekdays I don't work. Not too many people on weekdays and always washers and dryers available for everyone. Idk about how busy on weekends. Great place to wash ever since my nearby laundromat on 10th ST shutdown and I cane across this one last October.”

“Very friendly place with very reasonable prices. I got a few 2nd hand jackets that smelled like the previous owner's perfume and one had a big deodorant stain. Everything came back scent-free and good as new. And the drive-through drop-off is the best! I will definitely come here for drycleaning from now on.”

“I can't speak highly enough about this place and the people here - I am so grateful to have found them. Over the past year, I have had many items dry cleaned and they have done an incredible job. Many of the items had been brought to other dry cleaners previously and the stains were not removed - it was Hail Mary to bring them in here and they look like new! They are very reasonably priced, I mean I would have paid much more for these services, but price is subjective. It is a 30 min drive from my house, but I will never get anything dry cleaned anywhere else. I wish I had before/after photos to share.”

“I've been taking my clothes to Hamlin for 20 years and have NEVER had a dress shirt come back with a crease. And you get what you pay for. I'm in there weekly and everything looks great...EVERY TIME. He's open for 5 HOURS on a Saturday. Jesus, I think you can figure out when to get there.”
