My 5th grade child started Mathnasium in January 2025 because he was interested in pursuing advanced math in middle school in the fall.
He loves mathnasium! They gamify learning with positive reinforcement and their tutors are extremely engaging and skilled.
The administrators are very proactive in ensuring students have a positive experience.
My child who initially scored at a 5th grade math level jumped to 8th grade math in 6 months. His confidence and skills in math shot through the roof and he has made it to Advanced Math in middle school this far. I highly recommend Lafayette Mathnasium for all children across the age span.

Bella and her team are wonderful and work with the kids' teachers and their individual needs to provide one of a kind support. The parking lot can get very crowded between 4-5 but its a small price to pay for having such a gem in town.

My brother goes here and he's kinda ritardando if you catch my drift so the fact that he was able to achieve a passing grade in math after going here shows that this place literally works miracles 5 stars

Our son has done the Mathnasium program twice. Once in third grade when he did not know his math facts and again in middle school. The program is excellent, the staff friendly and make it fun for the kids, my son loves the prizes they use as incentives too. It has been so helpful to our child's confidence and abilities. I would highly recommend their program to anyone who has a child who needs some extra help with math.

My 10 year old granddaughter has been attending for almost 2 years. She enjoys her sessions and has developed new math skills.The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. Most importantly, the environment is fun and supportive. Highly recommend!

At first, we thought we could teach math at home. How hard can it be? Right? We tried and tried but had more tears and little progress. Now, our son wants to go to Mathnasium 3 times a week. I think this really does say it all. A shout out to Jasmine who helped us get enrolled. But - the ENTIRE team has been incredible at helping our son solidify his math skills. If you are on the fence - give them a go! It's worth it.

Mathnasium provides exactly what it promises: math assessment and then practice problems to further comprehension in the weaker areas of the assessment. The staff is friendly, kind, patient, and easy to approach. The reward system is encouraging and just difficult enough to achieve without being unattainable. My son happily goes to mathnasium and can see the positive impact it has on his understanding of math.
