“This is a great local shop that carries a wide selection of stationary items that I just love! Of course the usual writing implements but also refills, notebooks, mailing envelopes, colorful single sheets of paper in large and small sizes with matching envelopes, tea towels, CA themed goodies and more! Items are more pricey than the big chain stores but it's okay because when I need something in a pinch, this shop is perfect. On another occasion, I stopped in for a specific type of birthday card that they didn't have when I eyed the Chinese New Year red envelopes. The price? A couple dollars for one. Yikes! Parking is generally easy and free. The staff is friendly and helpful. Please support this local business. Go in and browse the goodies here.”

“If I could give these folks ten stars, I would! Before Covid my wife and I went here to buy office chairs. We are seniors with a lot of back and body issues so we knew this would be a challenging process. We had been to some other places but they tried to sell us on stuff that would not work for us, could not answer our questions and rushed us. What a totally opposite experience at Blaisdells! We were waited on by Adrienne Quitugua-Hervin and she gave us some of the best customer service we have ever experienced in any type of business. They had a great selection, but even more important was how knowledgeable Adrienne was and how patient she was with us. She was very familiar with all the chairs and gave us all the time we needed to check them out thoroughly. Part of my business is training people on customer service and Adrienne checked off all of the boxes of an award winning customer service representative of this company! She could train a lot of people in customer service! We bought chairs (at very reasonable prices) that needed to be customized a bit and then Covid hit. Being at very high risk, we did not have any deliveries inside of our house. Blaisdells understood our concerns and never pressured us to get the chairs. Eventually we had them delivered and put together on our porch where Adrienne helped set them up and showed us how everything worked. Even the delivery people were as polite and nice as could be! This is a big company that exemplifies the best of a small family business. My only complaint is that they don't sell every type of product we need!”

If you ever a problem he replaces the cartridge right away. We also purchased a great refurbished printer from him that has become the work horse of our office. “Stopped by today for a few snack items. I got a banana and a yogurt drink for 3.99. The banana was fresh and the yogurt drink was good as well. The have a little section where they sell sandwiches and tamales. They have a wide variety of drinks and food items (both refrigerated, frozen, and dry). They also sell school supplies. I wish I had more time to look around but I will definitely visit again. Employees were kind and they take EBT!”

“Who knows why this place has 3 stars? They deserve five stars at this location. Well at least in the print/copy department of this store. The woman that works behind the counter killed it. She is super efficient at what she does and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you!”

“A bit cluttered but excellent staff assistance. Was greeted at the door by a staff member and easily found what I was looking for. I was a bit disappointed that hanging file folder came in counts of either 6 or 20 with nothing in between. I could have simply bought two packs of 6, but it would have been far too expensive. The price for what I wanted, I loved the discounted notebooks, and I had to buy one of them as well, love to get one for 55 cents, love the rare specials. The aisles were being stocked, and there was an impressive school focused section, but it seemed like a bit of a ghost town in the afternoon. The checkout staff member was helpful, and tried to track down the aforementioned middle pack of folders, but no luck. Also received a parting greeting, which is always pleasant.”
