I dropped off a package here to return to amazon, the package is now lost. Amazon is charging me for it now. There is no trace of where it is and the representatives have no sense of customer service. I have no words! How could my package be lost when they have one job to keep and deliver packages!!

A joke. I scheduled a notary apartment on the ups website. I get there, they say, oh, that schedule service in ups website isn't connected to this location. Actively unhelpful

Staff nice but service is lacking, you can book a notary service online BUT it doesn’t get linked to the actual store ☹️ very disappointing because planned my day around this

I had some large packages that I needed to send last minute and I needed to be sure that they would arrive in one piece. I honestly don't think I could have done without help from the store associate, Neil. He was a pleasure to interact with and made the whole process seamless and care free. I will definitely be returning to this location for all of my shipping needs in the future. Great service!!!

I need a notary done. But the notary officer misled me to do an acknowledgment only with no notary effect and paid the same $15. When i asked him to correct the mistake - he asked me to pay additional notary fee with even printing fee!

In this day and age, every online consumer is going to need to depend on shipping of some kind; make this your go-to spot. Neil was beyond helpful with a challenging return to Amazon but helped out tremendously. He earned all of my shipping & packing related business moving forward.
