They sold me express mail stamps when i asked for priority mail ones. They cost about $25 a stamp instead of $8. Then they wouldn't take them back. Usually they're reasonably courteous. I still haven't used the $25 stamps 2 or 3 years later. Whoever the clerk was who did this to me was a moron. That's my assessment.

I applied for a passport with an appointment. I waited 15 minutes in line to sign in for my appointment. Someone else showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and they prioritized them ahead of me. I ended up waiting 30 extra minutes. I had all my paperwork filled out and the person in front of me had nothing. Totally unfair my family had to wait.

0.0They say whatever they want to say, they don’t even go and look for lost mail , items, etc. happen more than once, they put the wrong mail in the wrong P.O. Boxes as well as home delivery , they could’ve cared less about helping anyone.It’s as bad as that scene in a Seinfeld episode at the post office.

I’ve come to this post office regularly in the past 8 months. The staff is friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in determining the best solution to my mail and shipping questions. This is my “go to” place.

I’ve had a box here for years and never had a problem. Lines can sometimes be slow but it’s because the personnel are giving there individual attention to who is at the counter.

Worst post office EVER.
Starts w/ the staff that looks like actors straight out of a depression medication advertisement
1) constant line out the door
2) single teller windows open for 30 people in line
3) miserable employees (there was a time when people actually liked going to the post office)
What are our taxes subsidizing exactly? I am constantly getting neighbors mail, so they are now screwing that up too. What was once a respectable profession has become a joke - the Lafayette post office is the perfect example of this.

I drive to Moraga rather than endure the rude attitude of one of the workers there. She's absolutely awful!
