“We walked in when the store opened early Monday morning to have my daughter's bike fixed. I had to take a flight back to TX on that day and I only have two hours before I leave for airport. The front desk lady was very attentive and she helped us the moment we came in, had the technician fix it within one hour after we dropped it off. “Visiting from Las Vegas & wanted to do a bike ride for the day. Balboa beach & bicycle boutique had the best reviews between all the others so we decided to go with them. They did not disappoint! The services was AMAZING, very helpful and super easy to rent. We had 3 different types of bikes, regular, kids seat and a pedal assist. All the bikes were super clean and well maintained. We will be back next trip to rent from here again”

“I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. I love my new bike. I bought a white Avenue with black mag wheels. A big thumbs up to Pedego CDM!”

I was so impressed with the customer service I went there for a bike for my wife. The owner again was super helpful and bought a bike for my wife.
Two years later we buy another bike, super last minute for the fourth of July. It was a used bike. We also bought some accessories that were out of stock. The bike had some minor issues which we all knew about and agreed to bring it back after the 4th when we picked up our accessories.
I didn't make it back for nearly a year. I walked in there fully expecting to repurchase the accessories and pay for the repair because of how long it took me to return, totally my fault. Again the owner exceeded my expectations and made everything right.
I am a loyal customer for life and will recommend to everyone who needs a bike, accessories or a tune-up go to the Unlikely Cyclist”

“I brought my ebike in to have Bob fix a flat tire and perform an overall tune-up. Wow, the bike works like it's new! I called first, as suggested, and brought the bike in around noon. Less than 3 hours later, they texted me that it was done! I picked up the bike, and I must add that the fee for such excellent service was very reasonable. I have Bob's team work on my ebike because I know that they have the technical expertise to do the job right. Plus, their ebikes are light yet sturdy and stable -- perfection!”
