“Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received prior to finding this store I had gone to 4 other stores all over OC trying to find the right electric cargo bike with the correct fit since I am short in stature it was a little tricky but the owner was so patient and helpful and I was able to find the perfect cargo bike. “I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. I love my new bike. I bought a white Avenue with black mag wheels. A big thumbs up to Pedego CDM!”
“My Bikeyoke Revive 2 Dropper post broke at the foot where it actuates up and down. Pro Bike Supply had the best price anywhere on a replacement foot.
I did have to shorten the actuating rod in order to have the new foot function properly but that's just part of working on your mountain bike.
I will look to Pro Bike Supply again for parts.”

We ordered online, but I'm leaving this review for anyone outside the local area who might also be interested in reading reviews before ordering. Our first delivery unfortunately arrived with a few dings in transit, but Jen (the owner) and Meaghan from client support helped resolve things with a replacement. Meaghan stayed in touch throughout the process and even shared helpful info about the bike beforehand, which made the whole buying experience easy and made us feel confident in our purchase.
It's clear the Bluejay team takes pride in their product and genuinely cares about their customers. Based on our experience with our new bike and the thoughtful support we received, I'd happily recommend them to anyone in the market for an e-bike, and would choose Bluejay again when our family is ready for another. “LBS can be great; but are a mixed bag as employees come and go - you might end up a repair that falls short. If you want the confidence that comes with going to a bike shop run by professionals who have expertise with high-end bikes and a passion for cycling - and for getting you back out on the road - then Stage 21 is the place to go! Relatively new to tubeless tires on my new Cervelo R5. Clogged valve on my Reserve wheel and needed some help. Mike's expertise and knowledge was quickly on display as he disassembled the valve and explained the issue. Mike even took time to show me the complexity of the valve, its' design, and the cause! Couldn't be happier, or more confident! Couple of bike shops much closer but the team at Stage 21 makes it well worth the drive! Thanks Mike!”

The services was AMAZING, very helpful and super easy to rent. We had 3 different types of bikes, regular, kids seat and a pedal assist. All the bikes were super clean and well maintained. We will be back next trip to rent from here again”

“I stumbled across this bike shop looking to get a vintage schwin tuned up. The owner went above and beyond to get my bike running.
I was so impressed with the customer service I went there for a bike for my wife. The owner again was super helpful and bought a bike for my wife.
Two years later we buy another bike, super last minute for the fourth of July. It was a used bike. We also bought some accessories that were out of stock. The bike had some minor issues which we all knew about and agreed to bring it back after the 4th when we picked up our accessories.
I didn't make it back for nearly a year. I walked in there fully expecting to repurchase the accessories and pay for the repair because of how long it took me to return, totally my fault. Again the owner exceeded my expectations and made everything right.
I am a loyal customer for life and will recommend to everyone who needs a bike, accessories or a tune-up go to the Unlikely Cyclist”
“Juan was super helpful in lacing my E-Bike conversion hub to a front rim I had bought. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on what spokes I should have to support the weight of the hub. “I brought my ebike in to have Bob fix a flat tire and perform an overall tune-up. Wow, the bike works like it's new! I called first, as suggested, and brought the bike in around noon. Less than 3 hours later, they texted me that it was done! I picked up the bike, and I must add that the fee for such excellent service was very reasonable. I have Bob's team work on my ebike because I know that they have the technical expertise to do the job right. Plus, their ebikes are light yet sturdy and stable -- perfection!”
“I recently took a fall from my e-bike on a dirt road, which left the gears and chain in bad shape. I stopped by to see if they could help, and Rob was incredibly kind. Even though they don’t normally work on wired e-bikes, he still helped me remove the damaged chain so I could get home using just the throttle. Really friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful.”
