“I was looking for a new e-bike and so glad I stumbled across this Pedego dealer while lunching in CDM. These guys are not only very knowledgeable and professional but very kind and funny! I worked with Evan and he was fabulous. Ask for him. They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but Evan sat down with me at the computer and helped me custom build my bike. He explained every feature and help me make the right decision what I needed vs what I didn’t truly need. He ordered it and it arrived a few days later. When I went to pick it up, it was literally 5 minutes before closing. Evan still took all the time necessary to show me everything, even though he was technically off the clock. Fantastic service, friendly and fun! Although I have a Pedego dealer in my own city, I will drive to CDM because they are so good at what they do. Now Evan is going to help me pick out accessories. I love my new bike. I bought a white Avenue with black mag wheels. A big thumbs up to Pedego CDM!”

The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, but not pushy. They cost a bit more than a big box store, but you get what you pay for. Alternatively, you can order a direct-to-consumer bike and arrange to have the fine folks at Pure Ride assemble and test it for you.”

After 2 years, Aventon did not have parts or a battery for the bike.Obviously Aventon doesn't have a 5 year warranty like Pedego.”

“Juan was super helpful in lacing my E-Bike conversion hub to a front rim I had bought. He was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on what spokes I should have to support the weight of the hub. He was fast, although it's a week turnaround for wheel rebuilds, he did mine in 3 days since he knew I was going out of town. I would definitely recommend Cyclepro. Thanks Juan!”

The services was AMAZING, very helpful and super easy to rent. We had 3 different types of bikes, regular, kids seat and a pedal assist. All the bikes were super clean and well maintained. We will be back next trip to rent from here again”

“I was having difficulty finding threadless stem adapter in the proper size for my OLD Trek Gary Fischer mountain bike. I did a lot of web searching and also visited my local Trek store. The store could order something but the price was quite expensive. I finally found the exact same item at Cycle Sport for 30% less with free shipping. I even asked them to take a measurement of the OD of the shaft. They gladly did that so that I could verify proper fit. Great customer service. Great price.”

They lent me a pump And then asked if I needed water or anything else. I will definitely go back to this shop in the future should I need anything for road cycling.”

“I brought a malfunctioning Bosch Powertube 625 into the shop and disclosed that I was the second owner of the bike and did not expect to get it warrantied. I simply did wanted them to connect their diagnostic tools to it and tell me what went wrong? I mean if I get another $950 battery I did not want to screw it up as well. I needed to know why it went bad. Mike ran the diagnostics and found the battery was really messed up and still "might be within warranty". I appreciate this is a non-revenue type of time consuming thing for any shop to do. Mike did not promise to get me a new battery, but said he would speak to Bosch I my behalf to see what they would be willing to do. Worst case scenario, I need to purchase a new battery at full pop. Better case scenario, I get a new battery at a heavy discount. Best case scenario, I get a new battery under warranty. Well, it took awhile (more than 2 months), but the best case scenario played out and Bosch sent a new battery out. So good on Bosch, and great on Mike at Stage 21 Bikes. My total bill was $99, and I happily paid for Mikes time and service. These guys are here to serve the cycling community and I just found a new best shop in OC.”
