In backing over a pipe hidden among some ivy, I had pulled the back bumper of my car loose. I wasn't able to snap it back into place and anticipated a complete removal, replacement, insurance issues, getting a rental car while it was being repaired ... the guys at Caliber Collision just snapped it back into place, didn't charge me, and sent me on my way. They could easily have charged me some kind of fee that I would have gladly paid. How great is that?

Ernesto the service advisor and the office team at the Laguna Beach location were terrific! It was a very stressful time having been rear ended in an accident and having to take my new car in for repairs. The repair was done faster than I expected and my car was ready early. The text updates every few days were very helpful and the team was so professional and efficient. I will definitely bring my car here for any future repairs and highly recommend this location to anyone.

I would not recommend Caliber Collision, Laguna Beach. Due to a Caliber/Insurance company mistake, harassing emails, and threats ensued. This is after a courtesy phone call and email to explain I was traveling and would look into it upon my return. They certainly would benefit from customer service etiquette training. **UPDATE** Gibson, the manager came in person to pick up payment and apologized for the miscommunication.

If you're looking for excellent collision / automotive repair in South Orange County, I can’t recommend Caliber Collision in Laguna Beach enough!
I've had two experiences at Caliber. I truly appreciated Jade and Ernesto's commitment to providing both professional guidance and personal care.They created an environment of trust and compassion, making it a genuinely positive experience to work with them. The repair work on my vehicle was top-notch; it looked just like new when I picked it up!
What really made the difference for me was the fantastic office staff. They were so friendly and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. They walked me through every step and patiently answered all my questions, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders.
