“Meredith the manager and MK were absolutely phenomenal! Their customer service was second to none. They went above and beyond to ensure my daughter got the exact aviator nation clothing products she has "wanted her entire life" all 12 years lol. Despite the humor in the situation Meredith and MK called multiple stores and were able to track down exactly what my daughter wanted and have them shipped to our house promptly from NY and San Francisco! They were so kind, accommodating and beyond helpful! Cant thank them enough and we will be sure to shop at the Laguna store whenever possible because these ladies have made a lasting impression and we are so grateful for them! Aviator Nation should definitely recognize Meredith and MK for their amazing representation of top-notch customer service! “Found this awesome little baby clothes store by a referral from another retailer. It is kind of tucked up a side street, and the signage is a little hard to see from the street, but once you find it you are in a slice of baby bliss. The store is ran and I assumed owned by the sweetest little grandmother who spent plenty of time connecting with us on a personal level. She told stories about her four daughters and ten grandchildren. She obviously works very hard to bring new and diverse items and clothing because there was so much in such a small space. There is even a small bench and play table to keep them busy. Definitely find this place for the baby in your life.”
