I had to come to this pharmacy to pick up my husband's prescription. When I went to the pharmacy area, I was distracted by the La Roche Posay display. I had been looking for an item from them, and it's sold out everywhere. As I was looking, a young woman who worked there came up to me and asked if I needed help. I asked her for the item I was looking for....and it was sold out. She apologized and offered me a comparable product. I was really happy that she offered me something similar. I didn't even know a comparable item existed. I then went to wait in line to get my husband's prescription. As I was waiting, the woman approached me with the original item I had been looking for that was out of stock. She said she had gone in the back and opened a shipment that had just come in. The item I was looking for was in the shipment!!! I was so happy I almost hugged her. This woman had gone out of her way to make me happy. She made my day. She really did and I told her so. I then was helped at the pharmacy. They were very nice, polite and efficient. I got all my items and went home happy. I normally go to the CVS Cypress, near where I live. I love them there too. But, I had to get a prescription at this other location. They really have great customer service as a priority at CVS.

Very rude customer service at the front desk. When I needed help finding something, the lady at the front counter made rude remarks.

Truly a community store. I have been coming here for over 20 years. The staff knows the kids in the community and families and have their best interest in mind. They are helpful, kind and usually have what I need. It's been a lifesaver for those last minute supply needs for kids' school projects etc when other places are far or closed!

negative ratings to this pharmacy. literally the worst CVS pharmacy i've ever been to the only person that i like is the blonde woman who sees the people behind the counter as human at least. everybody else is actually terrible. the male pharmacist is a heathen i hope he gets fired soon. rude rude rude rude. sorry you didn't make it through legitimate medical school so you hate yourself and your job. not an excuse to bring your personal anger and resentment to work. sad actually. get your prescription filled elsewhere. trust me.

As usual, CVS did not have or carry the prescriptions I needed in the Laguna Beach CVS or any other close by pharmacies. There was no help in finding a nearby CVS or other pharmacy.My daughter, visiting from out of state, had a similar experience. The closest CVS pharmacy that carried her prescription was about 45 min. away in each direction.I have had several horrible experiences with this pharmacy, wrong prescriptions x 2 for the same prescription, stating they did not provide flu shots while I was literally touching the "Get your flu shots, here" sign.This CVS needs to totally retrain their staff.

This CVS wasn't helpful at all. If you need a pres refilled, don't trust that they have your best intentions. I called it in, they said it would be refilled the next day, and they couldn't get it... all I got was "sorry, try another store, we can't help you".

This is the closest CVS in Laguna Beach, but it's literally the worst drugstore ever. The people at the front of the store are fine, the pharmacist if used to hate dealing with people, every time you have to interact with her for a prescription, Covid vaccine, anything, she is completely rude to everyone from what I've seen and I've never heard a single pleasantry. I have gone there at least half a dozen times, and every single time the same pharmacist is just totally rude and clearly hates dealing with people. Her name is Dr. Naiz. I went to get a vaccine, and I'm fairly certain the protocol is that you were supposed to wait afterwards for 15 to 30 minutes, and I asked her, and she said do what you want. I mean come on? Is there a protocol or not? They need a new pharmacist asap.

I have been coming to this store for over 10 years everyone has always been so helpful, so kind and caring until today... I was in there yesterday and my product wasn't on the shelf, a helpful person (male) told me they get the truck tomorrow. I called today and spoke with DALE. he said yes, the shipment came in today but they're unloading the truck now and I'll have to call in the morning. I told him that I have to drive quite a ways to get a certain product and yesterday he said a certain customer comes in and buys the entire stock so I wanted to see if they could save me a couple items. He said "just call tomorrow" I said can you hold it for me he said again, "I told you to call tomorrow" He was very rude and I'm just shocked of the horrible customer service

Been going to Cvs the last 3-4 nights purchasing several toys and supplies at the Laguna Beach location and getting any cardboard boxes that the store planned to throw away to repurpose for care packages to send to Poland to help the Ukrainian refugees. The night shift manager, John/Josh and team have been very helpful and sweet to helping us with our mission to send as many care packages as we can to Poland this week and next for the shipment.The night manager and I had arranged last night (Tues, Mar 8) that I come the following day Weds, Mar 9 to pick up some boxes from the shipment. I came a bit earlier than planned (2:30pm) to see if they were ready, but was taken aback by how rude the day time manager (bald man) was to me and my brother. We had expressed our prior engagement with the night manager to the day time manager in which he then responded in a derogatory and belittling tone that "the boxes we get from shipment goes in a bundle and we get $300 from each stack for the store." He continued to talk down to me and my brother as if repurposing the boxes to send packages to the Ukrainian refugees were below him and the store. I was also speaking with another employee at the time and the manager called him over to handle the next customer in line, even though there was a checker already there and only one person there. It felt like I wasn't even a "customer" there when the other employee left me mid-conversation to help someone else out. Additionally, my mother came to this CVS a couple days back and had a similar experience with the daytime management. She was completely turned off and upset by the behavior of the daytime management and was left feeling upset that she wasn't considered a "customer" when she was speaking to another employee. We were very turned off by the way the daytime manager treated us as it was no way to speak to anyone in customer service.

Hands down best pharmacy. Love CVS Pharmacy and Lemore! Sometimes they get busy. Just be nice. They are very efficient and very patient for their customers too. Please don't go here though lol this is a community secret!
