Massage is very overpriced and I wasn't matched with someone strong enough to go deeper than Swedish even after specifically asking.Nice entrance, nice tables. Will go elsewhere next time.

Pretty disappointed with my overall experience. On vacation, decided to book a massage with cupping, told them that what I really wanted was the cupping. They said no problem, called me to confirm and I reiterated that I wanted cupping. Got there, got the massage, as she is finishing the massage, I ask about the cupping and she says, sorry I’m new and I’m not trained. Tell the front desk so they don’t charge you! What?!! I ask the front desk, they tell me the same thing and then they try to sell me massage packages. No customer service, I wasted my trip there, do not recommend.

I am highly disappointed in this place of business . I bought a package of 6. I wasn’t told there was an expiration date . I was there for one visit . I had a massage and a facial . The therapists asked if I wanted this or that, not knowing that it was extra. By the time I got out of my one visit, I had used 5 of the 6 on my package . I went to use my 6th visit the other day and was told I was no longer eligible because my package expired. Soooo… long story short , I went through my whole package in 2 hours …

I got a massage from Jasmine, per my neighbors recommendation, and now I'm hooked, I go once a month to see her. Everyone is so nice and welcoming.

If you are the owner and happen to read this GREAT. I hardly ever write reviews good or bad but in this case I have to take the time to write you.I was a member and easy to sign up. Impossible to cancel and information on the agreement is not passed on during cancellation.We got the membership as a family because my son is an athlete. We have all used it. When we decided to cancel the membership to take a break it took 3month and 3 extra payments on my card before someone actually took care of it. Now we have 6messages left and I am told the name on the account is the only person who can use the messages once we terminate the agreement. Would have been nice to know and be informed. On top of that we only have until September which will be hard with my travel and work schedule. I live in South Laguna and use our boutiques and restaurants frequently and love our local community. Kayla the manager failed to inform us of terms and failed to cancel my membership for 3 month. I am super disappointed in the treatment I have received. I would think twice before signing up for membership and really get into the details before making any commitments!!

I have a physically demanding job where I am on my feet 90% of the time and constantly lifting/moving. I was desperately searching for a way to manage my burnout/soreness that seemed to keep getting worse no matter what I triedAfter a few ~50 minute sessions I can tell that my mental health has improved along with no longer being tired/sore all the time from my jobIf you get the monthly membership there is some added commitment but it's a good value if you plan on going regularly.Jasmine referred me to this location when I worked at a nearby business and is a talented/skilled professional who is passionate about healing people, and the other therapists I had here are really talented as well.

Easy to make membership but almost impossible to cancel it (to cancel the membership you have to put note 30 days before) which is thats what i did exactly and tryna cancel it 5 days ago (from my payment due) one of the front desk said okay i will put the note for that and manager should call you in 24h called after 4-5 days when I didn’t receive any calls from them called again then she said the manager has been sick at home for couple days which is thats not my business they keeps giving you reasons so you can past after 30 days so they can charge you and when you talk about this situation again the respond will be (SORRY YOU HAVE TO LEAVE NOTE 30 DAYS BEFORE)Wish can give you 0 star

This is an appreciation and recommendation post... I've had a pretty bad hip flexor issue for months.. Tried phys therapy and chiro... John has given me back mobility and the ability to sleep without waking up from the pain. If you need someone who knows massage beyond relaxation, cares about your progress AND has a degree in kinesiology among other things, he is your guy. Also the most professional person when working on areas harder to get to than say your ARM.
