Good service, only reason people give this store a bad rating is because they have expensive clothing. But they dont sell it much more expensier then u find online so its nothing to complain about.

This has to be the best and most unique boutique I have ever shopped and I have traveled the world. Her selection of European clothing is second to none. Their ability to help you find what is best for you was amazing and made for a great and fun shopping experience. This will be my first stop on my next visit to Laguna Beach.

As unique as a place can be. Probably my favorite store in the CA Lots of stuff on Rock N Roll, antiques, t shirts, books, etc. Just 1/2 a block away from the VORTEX. Amazing Little Five Points.

I looked many places to find a gift for my wife's birthday. I wanted something unique and one of a kind, Finally I came to Just Looking Boutique and Heshmat, the owner, was able to help me to find exactly the outfit that I was looking for. When I steped in the store I felt I am in one of the boutiques in Europe or in New York that has variety of stylish clothing brands. I was really happy with my purchase and the charming service which I have been offered. My wife gets a lot of compliments about her outfit. This store has many stylish and upper class clothes and strongly recommend. We will definitely visit this store again.

Heshmat has exquisite taste. I always learn from her. I have shopped at Just Looking since moving to Laguna Beach ten years ago. Most of the designers are European and found in only a few places in the States. Shopping at Just Looking is like taking a quick trip to Europe and the purchases become like memories of times spent around the world.

I won't go back. I was with a friend on friday after thanksgiving and was interested in a top but didnt want to make her wait gor me so bought it w/out trying it on. Tried it on the next day and it was too big. Took it back Saturday and the lady was there - she said 'i told you to try it on and took the top.' After awhile she said 'bring it back tomorrow i dont know how to give a refund.' Brought it back today they said no refunds jst credit then as she was taking it said their was a stain- in the shiulder it looks like a fingerprint.. im sure the woman who couldnt refund did that. I definitely will not go back in there.
