I highly recommend Kristalle to anyone who is looking to buy crystals, fossils, stones, or shells. They also have a lot of fun gift ideas. My family gets the crystal soap every year for ourselves and also for Christmas gifts for others.

This review is for John, quite a few years ago as a woman he violated me. I should have done something about it but I have never been more traumatized. Hope he isn’t around anymore but seems like this place has gone down hill. Sad to say we once spend thousands a year here in a previous generation.

Was so disappointed. Not even sure what to say. If you're coming to this shop definitely make an appointment. I've been looking forward to visiting this store and purchasing from its collection for years. I brought my entire family. Granted, it was not the shops fault that the trolley took an hour to get us there but we arrived at 4:15 and they were not supposed to close until 5pm. I know the exact time bc I was disappointed myself that I only had 45 min when I walked in the door. 45 min should have been more than enough time to spend a few thousand on a choice specimen or two and arrange shipping but as soon as we walked in the employee said that they were closing in 15 min bc she had to get to the post office to ship an eBay purchase. OK. My family and I picked out a few items we would have purchased within 5 min of walking in the store. I ask the employee, "What do I do if I have pieces I've picked out and I need to buy and arrange shipping?" The employee says she has to get this eBay purchase to the post office so, "Why don't you take pics of whatever you want and I can email an invoice?" At that point I was so crestfallen that the best thing to do was leave. We weren't there longer than ten minutes. My family didn't just walk in off the street bc the shop looked cool. We flew here and this was one of our destinations. I could have been better prepared to visit it and I regret that I wasn't but I could have picked out 6-10 pieces by 5pm, arranged for shipping and scheduled an appointment to look at better specimens later in the week. Nope. We just left and walked back to the trolley stop. So disappointing.

Great place. My wife bought over $500 worth of merchandise. Beautiful stuff. Nice people, if you love collecting stones, sea life, coral or fossils. Place to go.
