Laguna Shores is an amazing little location right on the edge of paradise, offering a retro cool experience. The complex is older and the units are small and not fancy, with Murphy double beds, but they are nice and adequate. The location is to die for, providing stunning ocean-front views and front-row access to Heisler Park and the beautiful beach coves directly across the street. Some units have an amazing view of the water. It is a short walk to town and all the fun of Laguna Beach, with restaurants and eateries within close proximity. A free shuttle trolley runs every 20 minutes right across the street, providing easy access to all the Laguna Village fun without needing to drive. The place is reasonably priced and close to everything. Some guests note constant daytime traffic on the fronting street and metered parking, but find it non-intrusive. The staff is very helpful. While amenities like the pool can be subject to sudden closure, the overall experience is like having private access to a historic family beach compound. The units are so coveted that many guests return every year.
I LOVE IT THERE! great service, really close to jedidiah coffee shop, and super market. Perfect for a laid back vacation time, the workers were really kind. Beautiful veiws, and about 10-15 min walk into town, tide pools really neat too. Deffinetly coming back!!

I actually stayed in the wellness resort less than a half-block away. Spent some time at the main resort. Super! Tyson at the front desk is so welcoming. You'll love the beach.
