Excellent gas station with excellent prices! Jimmy, the attendant was so nice and knowledgeable and also clap kept an incredibly clean facility. The bathroom for paying customers was the best gas station I’ve ever been in. They also offer auto services. Highly recommend this gas station and shout out to Jimmy again.

Their prices are fair but their service is just unique and excellent!
I stopped to get gas and to check the 4 tires air pressure.
As soon as I parked my car (-next to the air pump-) Dodge the manager came out with a great attitude and very nicely he offered to measure the air pressure ( the 4 tires) and adjust accordingly to the “manufacture specs”.
Dodge was professional and very polite!!!
A+++
This nice young man brought to me great past memories when service and attention to the customer was the “name of the game”!
Kudos for him , the mechanics and the entire staff!

I had a fantastic experience at the Shell station thanks to Daniel's exceptional service. He went above and beyond by checking my tires, refilling oil, and even topping up windshield fluid. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this station for their excellent customer service, especially Daniel's expertise and assistance.

I needed a repair while vacationing. I pulled in and asked if they could run the computer diagnostic. Rafael did it right away, found the problem and had us back on the road within a couple of hours. We went to the beach a block away while we waited. And it was even a couple hundred bucks lower than what he quoted!

I called the Shell station on PCH in North Laguna and told them that I thought my brakes were bad. Max told me to bring the car down and he’d take a look. He found the back breaks we’re just about to get into the rotors. He replaced the brakes without trying to charge me to replace or turn the rotors like some places do. I felt he was professional and honest. They earned my future business.

I'm so happy I found this mom and pop petrol station. Boone is a fantastic human being. Thank you for assisting me at the pump. In this crazy world we live in, I'm so grateful to meet genuinely kind, honest, and overall first class people/business owners. Stopped by to put in a couple dollars of gas after I got off of work from a laguna beach sushi bar. nothing loaded in my tank for the amount charged to my card. My boyfriend and I both went in to ask the worker (he said his name was jimmy, but we kind of doubt that) was very derisive and dismissed us both separately when we showed him pictured of the gas tank meter and the receipt to my credit card account. He refused to offer any help and reluctantly gave us a card for his manger with 2 numbers that wouldn’t even go to voicemail. The time was 3/28 @ 9:30 pm: it’s a very small amount to be reimbursed, but we had to drive down a mile for the next gas station on empty after he wouldn’t gas us up at another station (we were at station 5 I believe) and the customer service was horrible. I love m’y LB community so this was extra lame :/

I've been using North Laguna Shell for over 30 years. Their service is outstanding and their prices are very fair. I take both our Porsche and Audi there for all our general maintenance and the work is excellent.
