“Incredible customer service and prices! I've been researching ergonomic office chairs for weeks.. teetering between the highly regarded Herman Miller and Steelcase. Been having difficulty locating a place closeby where I can test them out. On a Orange County subreddit, this place was recommended and close to my work. I walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted by Lupe - let me tell you, she is wonderful and genuine! She knew everything about both chairs. She asked me about my posture, and what are my dealbreakers in a chair. She even grabbed another of each chair and gave me a tutorial on using the levers side by side. I am so thrilled to have picked up a like-new Steelcase chair for less than $300. They even offer a warranty and support on the chair after purchasing. Lupe and Jose went above and beyond by cleaning the chair I picked and helping me load it into my car. If you're looking to buy a nice, expensive, ergonomic chair - save your money, and look no further than here! This family owned business has customer service you cannot beat, I will definitely be using them again to redo my office space as well. Thank you again Lupe and Jose! :)”

“I stopped in to pick up some card stock and was pleasantly greeted by Brian Graham, the Branch Manager as soon as I stepped into the store. I brought a sample of what I had, to show him what I was doing and what type of card stock I was using.

He asked questions and was very knowledgeable in helping me choose which paper product would work best for my application. We visited several products and even products that I never even considered!

He handed me some samples to try out! I purchased a ream of card stock, which is way more than I will ever use. Thinking I just might have to purchase some of the fancier paper products now!

Brian is amazing in that he wants to make sure the customer is purchasing what works best for them. He's super friendly and thorough and even introduced me to other services that Kelly Spicer offers. Who knew? I'm DEFINITELY keeping those ideas in mind. I even grabbed a few extra cards for my employer!

I learned that he does not have a short commute, but he LOVES what he is doing. Kelly Spicer is fortunate to have such a dedicated employee on board. I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet him.

“I needed some simple repairs made to my Dyson vacuum. I remembered these guys were located on 17th St., but when I went by the location, they had moved. Then I remembered there was somebody else out on Harbor Boulevard near Home Depot (which was where I needed to go next anyway) so that's where I went. Took my Dyson in and showed the gentleman what needed to be fixed and he said oh those parts are no longer available, you'll need to get a new vacuum, and proceeded to show me a very expensive vacuum that they sell. That made me very uncomfortable so I took my vacuum and left. How can those parts no longer be available? My Housekeeper told me that the exact same problem happened on a vacuum at another house that she works at a couple months ago and they got it repaired. Now I was more determined than ever to see if I could get mine repaired. I found out where Type-o-Meca moved to and went there. Turns out not only we're they able to make the repairs for a very reasonable cost, it was ready sooner then expected and looked as if it was fully reconditioned (super clean). I have no problem giving this place 5-stars and will definitely go back when the need arises.”

“I had a broken laptop that needed parts ordered and replaced/repaired. I called the manufacturer and they provided with me a couple of certified local options for repairs. I called 3 of the recommendations. Avacom stood out from the first phone call, as Barry was very informative and accommodating. I was able to take my laptop in that same evening. When I arrived Barry explained everything I could expect best case to worse case, as well a estimate of pricing that would be associated in either scenario. It's tech....unfortunately computers, TVs, phones, become obsolete in a very short period of time. I say that because you can't always tell until you get the computer up and running or diagnostics to know the extent. Barry assured me he would contact me as he learned more and he did! He would call to let me know what he found to be wrong, when the part(s) were ordered and expected, what cost to expect. I would absolutely recommend Barry and Avacom Computer Services.”

“Shooting professionally means I have deal with Canon's service center regardless of if I want to. I have had some great experiences, and some absolutely terrible ones.Canon can see all your gear registered with the company on your account. Yet some of their staff have treated me like an idiot who doesn't know what I'm talking about.The good experiences and helpful service are more frequent, but when it was bad, it was really bad. So, four stars guys...”
