There are two pharmacist here I’ve interacted with (both female) and they have been so so kind to me. They answer all of my questions and take time and patience with me if I have to work with doctor to change or update anything.I’ve never felt judged when I ask questions and they never rush me when I need more info.It’s meant a lot to find pharmacists that care and put patients first. Thank you both!

Refuse to fill needed medication because dr been going to for 15yrs with blood/urine/cognitive tests on file was deemed to be to far, they are fine with a dr being an hour away but if that dr is an hour and a half a way then no meds. If dr is real one you see in person opposed to telemedicine dr doesn't matter. Apparently the fact I'm willing to drive hour and a half to see a trusted dr yet live 2 miles away from this pharmacy doesn't matter, best part is the pharmacy I used when I lived by said Dr is the exact same company same owner same client files same everything. Oh and this pharmacy has filled my medicine 3-4 times just refusing to fill it again. Told me by time i need meds again to have local dr, well this med still had refill on it so havent needed to see a dr yet still don't matter. This same place held my script for an entire month said they didnt have the meds, for an entire month? Come now, they told me had meds in another mg had dr call in and change mg and everything, still had to wait a month, and kicker is month later when they had script it was the original mg not the one that was changed by dr, dr never changed it back to original so tell me how was I able to pick up the script? Basically this place does what they want without reason but won't fill a script when meds are in and they are needed by a customer who can walk to the pharmacy. Avoid at all costs, place deserves 0 stars unfortunately thats not an option

Great local pharmacy that with the recently added new staff has only gotten better. Quick refills when needed and text notifications are a plus!+++

Mindboggling that with several employees they close for lunch! Why not close the entire Pavilions for lunch? Oh yeah, because closing for lunch is ridiculous.

Called in @10am, no ansr, left a voicemail stating my name, dob and prescription request-- no call back, no confirmation. Called my doctor as well to confirm that they'd put in the order to this Pavilions specifically-- received confirmation. @4pm (after work) I call the pharmacy again, no ansr, no vm left. I drive over, wait in line for 20+mins only to be told that it's not been filled yet, will be ready in 30mins and they're short one staff member. I let them know I'll swing by later tonight in this case bc I can't wait another 30mins. @7:45pm I ask my husband to finish dinner quickly and head out to pick up my prescription; he calls me to tell me they'll have it tomorrow @4pm. WOW@8pm I call and speak with "Becky" who I believe is the pharmacist who says she called a phone number that said it was disconnected to try and let me know and took no further action ... and no they don't check their voicemails. The prescription is actually at another location which I could have been told and simply gone to get. Like pulling teeth every step of the way. No regard to our/their patients time. Was told the pharm mngr is "Tiffany" -- Tiffany, surly this can be improved; perhaps starting with removing the option to leave a voicemail if this isn't monitored at all within the duration of an entire business day. Also maybe check if you're able to fill a prescription prior telling a patient to wait 30mins for it. Just going to put our 9mo old twins to bed now and wrap up all else we need to do to close out the day.

Honestly I think it's pretty ridiculous anyone would give a Pharmacy a negative review when a pandemic has been happening. Put yourself in their shoes - they are masked up all day long, dealing with god knows what. I'm assuming it's with people who don't think twice about what these pharmacists have to deal with on a daily basis and I'm sure having terrible attitudes towards them "needing things NOW". I really feel for them and feel like they are doing their best, just like everyone else. Yes, sometimes you can't get a hold of them during certain times of day, but you can call on off times. You can use the app to order your prescriptions and they always fill them in a timely manner. I've never had an issue with anyone with an attitude. But... I also view anyone dealing with customers on a daily basis with an amount of grace given their day to day. So, I would 1000% recommend this pharmacy. They also offer a coupon for like $75 and $25 for your first X number of prescriptions transferred, you just have to ask for the little booklet to get stamped.

Wow I am so disappointed and disgusted in the behavior of a couple of the employees at the location. I came here yesterday for the first time to fulfill a DoorDash order, and I will certainly never be back. My local pavilions is great, but the two women working in the deli section on January 11th at 1pm need to be fired. I had two sandwich orders to place and was treated so rudely and disrespectfully I couldn't believe what was happening. I showed one of them the sandwich order on the app and she said she doesn't know what that means and I need to show her the correct order. I said I'm sorry for the confusion but this is what I was given to order, no other instructions. She then spoke to me very condescendingly as if I am slow, rudely saying you need to scroll honey. I said mam, there is nothing to scroll this is the entire thing. She scoffs at me as if this is my fault and keeps berating me as if I don't know how to do my job. The coworker was encouraging her and staring at me which made me even more uncomfortable. It is not my fault if the order is vague, I did not place the order so I do not know the specifications either. There is absolutely no need for employees to be blatantly rude to customers, I am disgusted with the behavior of these two woman. When she was handing me my sandwich another woman approached with a wheel of cheese and kindly asked if they cut cheese in the back; however, the employee turned and snapped at her saying she's clearly helping another customer and she needs to be quiet and wait. WOW!!! She literally gave me my sandwich and I was about to leave, plus there's no need to speak that way to a customer. The customer stood up for herself and said the employee doesn't need to speak in that tone with her to which the employee held her ground and started a fight. Then, the other coworker goes and tattles to the manager but completely misconstrued the situation acting like customer was in the wrong and saying bad things about the customer. I waited for her to leave then told the manager that she was lying and it was the two employees who were being rude. When I left the store another customer approached me to say thank you for saying something because she too has experienced the rude behavior of these two employees in the deli section. She said she comes daily to the store and that these two women consistently make it hell for shoppers. I have no idea how these two people still have a job, and I would be happy to discuss this further with management if they decide to actually do something about the parasites at this location. I will certainly not return to this pavilions, and I can only hope Pavilions cares about its customers enough to do something about the horrible behavior exhibited by these two employees.

I always get excellent service from the pharmacy. The staff is always very nice, and if they're not understaffed, they'll do whatever they can to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible.

Horrible snobby attitudes. First liquor lady I encountered told me she only worked the liquor section and couldn't help me with anything else. I asked the bagger if it was possible to get my groceries double bagged and the cashier makes a smart a** comment " I think we have that technology.". Second liquor lady I encountered was standing so close to my husband in the check outline and kept pushing up on him. Almost as to try and hurry him up some to move up! They are always hiring and I'm sure I know why. These workers have horrible snobby smart a** attitudes. The fruit bowl that costed me almost $14 was full of unripened fruits! You can at least insure the quality of your fruit before placing it out for $14 ! Only reason for two stars is the vegan food variety.

So,.... Apparently basic safety and food safety standards are utterly ignored here. A guest brought in their husky dog into the store. No one did anything. The dog urinated all over the floor. Still the staff and manager do not have the pet owner leave. Then the dog all over the floor. Still Managment does nothing. For good measure the dog craps again. This doesn't include the damaged and broken products left smashed around the store from the dog. This store probably needs closed and deep cleaned. If dog urine and dog poo are apparently no biggie spread around raw food,.. then there is no way that store cares enough to keep food safety a top priority. Dog poo and piss on the floor and the store manager cannot seem to care.

This review is for the premade foods. Whoever made these is a great chef. I got the ribs and the ham and turkey boar's head sandwiches. Ribs were sooo good they tasted like they're made at a bbq restaurant. Sandwiches were good as well especially with the rye bread and with the mayonnaise and mustard packages. I was very pleasantly surprised with the food quality at this pavilion. Hope the food here is consistently this good. Kudos to this place. Keep up the great work!
